I bought the wok in July 2020 and after about 5 months, the coating has delaminated and it’s full of scratches. The wok has 2 year guarantee so I wrote to Fissler. They replied saying these are mechanical damages which could potentially be caused by sharp edges been used on the wok so nothing could be done to repair it. I have been using the wok very carefully and don’t think I have been using sharp things on it. Regardless whether it is my issue, I am still very disappointed at the performance of the coating as I have just used it for 5 months. I have been cooking and washing similarly with another wok for the last 3 years and the coating is still mostly intact. Hence for such a price,

This pan heats quickly, and is large enough to handle 2-3 people’s food. BUT I can’t believe the coating was partially off just after 4 months of occasional use. It was scratched easily, though I use silicon spatula in a very general way. Now, it is not usable anymore. I would not recommend it to anyone.
