Pack of three Mechanical pencils. The 0.7 and 0.5 work fine. The 0.35 was problematic. The lead (graphite) inside constantly broke when pressing the top to reveal more of the 0.35 lead, and it intermittently slipped back into the barrel of the pencil when you finally get the lead to emerge and put it to paper. I Had to remove bits of the broken lead (and the other two leads inside the pencil), make sure no small lengths left inside, then very carefully insert a single 0.35 lead and started again. This problem seems to be solved - so far - now that there is only one 0.35 lead in the pencil. This is a mechanical issue, not the leads in the pencils. These are excellent and produce smooth and consistent marks on the paper used.

I only recently started needing a mechanical pencil - not being a technical artist or anything that might require a decent pencil - when I started having to draw out out plans for art projects that had a very fine tolerance.I picked up this pencil and some leads, and was extremely pleased with the results - not only is the pencil stylish, grips very comfortably and is easy to change over leads, it can even make a non-artist like myself seem professional. Magic!

These pencils look nice and feel comfortable to use. They are precise and not too hard to use. The only problem I found was trying to put lead into the thinnest pencil, it was very difficult and the part that grips the lead ended up snapping so I had to throw it away and go for a more sturdy and expensive pencil for my finer work.

As always Faber-Castell doesn't disappoint, I ordered this after my 0.5 ran out of lead, unfortunately the lead I need for it is an add on item, kind of annoying but what can you do. Anyway, feels nice in my hand, lead is sturdy even under my heavy handyness and just a nice pencil.

This is a good quality, well designed mechanical pencil, no doubt. Apart from the fact that its far from easy to find replacement erasers (rubbers) for it, if that problem were fixed (and I mean at a reasonable price), then it would definitely tick all the boxes.

Neat automatic pencil. One of my favourites despite it breaks often and needs a lot of fiddling to remove broken pieces from the inside and allow some use.This said when I actually use it I am happy with handling, automatic operation and fun of writing.

I was disappointed with these. I spent a bit more as I wanted a nice drawing pencil for engineering drawings. I've gone back to my cheap ones. Nothing specific wrong with them out than they feel a bit light and cheap.

Excellent pencils they are slimAnd easy to grip. They have colour coded tops which makes it easy to identify your choice of lead. They look expensive for the price, I would recommend these highly.

I like the ease with which it glides over the page. Not so keen on poking the lead into the pencil, I can easily break them. Maybe there's a knack or an instruction manual!

A great mechanical penil for the Money. I use pencils in my job every day and go through alot and this is the best for the Money I have purchased in a long time.

Bought for my son who needed a reasonable quality product for his engineering drawings...so far, no complaints and price was very good.
