I wasn't sure about this card after looking at all the reviews but I wanted to upgrade from gtx1070.. The EVGA black edition overclocked very easy I used msi afterburner and within 2min I had my gpu boost clock of 21000hz and memory running at 81000hz higher than £540 and the founder editions..So far I'm really pleased I've had no signs of artifacting and performance wise it's fantastic out of the box I was able to run battlefield v with all settings on ultra and I had 190fps at 4k but with rtx on it was hard to keep 60fps at ultra in 4k so I had to drop down to 1080p to get smooth game play with rtx on..Once I had overclocked the card I was able to get a smooth 60fps in 4k with rtx on and all settings at ultra no problems at all witch was a nice surprise some older games that didn't run very smoothly at 4k on my 1070 now run amazing, I've not tried the vr link yet but all of my vr games run far far better on the 2070 than on the 1070 really really pleased with the card...

Great card, looks really nice in my system (photos attached). Easy to customise fan curve and RGB via Precision software. Only issue the card does whine when reaching over 100fps in some games. Solved by switching on Vsync with a 60hz monitor. If you have a 144hz monitor (or more) this wont solve the issue. Whining though is caused by so many factors, PSU, home electrics etc. So I can't pin the whine on the card directly and others may not have issues. Other annoying thing is the fan kick in noise, it's an audible tick as the fans start to spin under load. So deducting 1 star for annoying noises but otherwise performance is fantastic.

Even though I initially wanted to spend less money on a GPU, when I saw this offer I couldn't resist. It's worth every penny (especially now when it's cheaper than it's non-plus sister). The graphics card is very quiet, turns off fans when they are not needed and there's a bunch of neat RGB features that you can set up (for example, changing of colour based on the GPU's temperature). The card is a bit heavy but in a very small form factor which perfectly fit into my micro ATX case.Very happy with the purchase and I recommend ULTRA+ to everyone.

Massively overclock and binned from the factory, couldn't get more than +20mhz/+300mhz on top of the Factory overclock settings.EVGA's factory boost overclock is almost 2050Mhz, better than almost any manual OC I have seen, and it does this at really low temps and voltages.Running at full load for 3 hours, this card maxed out at just 70 degrees celsius with a slightly altered fan curve at high temps.Great experience, would definitely recommend.

Having come from a Radeon r9 290 this is a massive step up. Card is well packaged comes with everything you need. The power link is useful but not that necessary, card can be brought cheaper without it so it is not “free”.Brought for VR use and is more than capable to handle anything I’ve thrown at it so far.Only problem is that now it has stated the bug to upgrade the rest of the system!

This has a stock boost of 2050mhz with no change of voltage or anything. Heatsink is huge and very effective, whilst fans are silent enough to trump other cards at a much higher workload, whilst dissipating massively HOT air. Be advised, closed case setups can develop a large circulation of hot air, allow for more exhaustion of air in your setup to keep your temps cool.

Fantastic piece of gaming hardware although would have bought elsewhere due to not receiving the two free gaming software that was run in promotion. Amazon we’re unreachable on this as this was a Nvida promotion at time, this was run to showcase its quality. So really annoyed over this issue. Hence no 5 stars review due to money spent while robbed on another hand.

Not gonna lie but having been away from gaming for a while then buying this as my first purchase I'm not disappointed at all.Brilliant card and runs perfectly games look/run amazing. The jump from the original 1gb to this 8gb has opened a whole new level of gaming quality for my tower. It's super quiet haven't played a game that has maxed it out yet.

Packaging was great, install instructions wasn't great though. Fits in my rig really well. Performance is great for myself playing some the witcher and some warframe. Yet to test it on Red dead 2. but average FPS at 2k is 100, and stable.

Brought this as a replacement for my faulty GTX 1080 running alongside my i9 9900k runs most games at max settings at 1440p. Warning make sure to disable any power saving settings in the BIOS as this may cause games to crash.

I hear a lot of complaints about this card. I have to admit ive had nor problem. Could it be you are tinkering with overclocking creating youre own problems. Go with stock setting they are more than adequate.

It’s an amazing product ,no flaws (yet) beautiful .There isn’t a lot of rgb if that’s what you are buying it for but performance wise it’s amazing

Brilliant performance!Using it with an ultrawide HD monitor.Getting 90 to 100 fps easily. Worth the extra £££ if you can afford it.

Works great no coil wine at all, don’t know what people are moaning about! Give me about 140fps on modern warfare at high settings

This graphics card performance is really good, playing battlefield V and stays bellow 70C.
