This EVGA CLC 280 cooler is fantastic... It is an Asetek cooler similar to many other AIO's on the market such as the Corsair H115i and NZXT kracken but as far as i'm aware this is cheapest version. The quality of the cooler is very good and feels very well made minus the fans which imo need to be replaced as they are so loud I could not stand them. I swapped them out for some Noctua NF-Polarized A14 industrialPPC PWM 2000 fans which really improved temps and acoustics.Instalation of the cooler is pretty straight forward but the instructions are less than useful. The EVGA instruction video is much better but fails to mention that when installing the stand mounts for the water block that theyshould be loose until the block has been seated and tightened which caused a lot of confusion. The Flow software is pretty good and allows control of the pump speed and fan speed but even at the minimum speed the fans are pretty loud. Connecting the fans to the fan headers on motherboard allowed them to be tuned down to a lower RPM but they turn off at around 600 rpm and even at this speed they're still audible! which is why I swapped them for the Noctua fans. With the stock fans the temps from the cooler are awesome. I overclocked my i5 6600k to 4.5 @ 1.235v and running Prime 95 for 45 mins didn't even take temps over 50c. The Noctua fans though keep the temps down a few degrees even at a much lower RPM.The RGB on the waterblock look great and can be set in static, rainbow or breathing modes in any colour you like! It can also be configured different colours to indicate a change in CPU temp. The is also an option to sync with your EVGA GPU although in my experience it didn't work well with my EVGA 1080 classified.Overall I'm very happy with the cooler now the fans have been replaced and it keeps the CPU nice and cool but the fans are extra cost.

Ordered this after several dead-on-arrival / dead within a week Kraken X62's. (DO NOT BUY THE X62).Used this on my other rig (kraken x62 killed my main rig cpu) and it's fantastic. Cools better than the Kraken , better than the H100i V2 (slightly), quiet and looks awesome. Fans are loud and bad, I'd advise replacing them, I'm using Be Quiet! Silent Wings 3 on my rad.~}I'd recommend this for anyone looking for something in between the h100 series and the Kraken 2 series. It's got great looks, performs flawlessly, made by a quality company with excellent support.Pros:Great performanceLooks greatQuality, thick braided tubing, with lower pressure on tubes since they come out the top of the block rather than the side like the X62.Great customer service, warranty and RMA services.Quality feel and design.Cons:Bad stock fans.Cheap-ish packaging. You feel like you've bought a shady cooler from Ebay, the packaging is just a cardboard box with "EVGA" written on it.Software is sub-par. Not many lighting options - you can't even set your own colors.Tubing is a little long for my taste. Could have done with being an inch shorter.Overall, it's excellent. I'd recommend this highly over the Kraken X62, as the X62 is poor quality and is prone to pump failure (google it). It's got the great looks and RGB of the X62, with the quality and customer service of Corsair.TL;DR: Screw NZXT, go with this or the H115i / h110i v2.

Good quality product, easy to install. The evga flow control software is ok but nothing special and the device works perfectly well without it in conjunction with good motherboard controls. The fans are poor, they are quite noisy at max speed and the "unique" design seems to lead to a lot of spill over air at the sides, on removal you can feel how cheaply made they actually are. Replaced mine fairly quickly as it developed a low rpm rattle that i could not tolerate. Other than the fan issues it is a solid product.

It is what it is, a power closed loop liquid cooler, gave me a massive drop in my idle temperatures and handles them well under load. The Control system "EVGA Flow Control" seems buggy at best, it doesn't find the device and when connected via internal usb cable it constantly crashes my PC so I had to remove said cable and leave it as stock. However it does its main function perfectly so I cannot complain there.Pro's : Cooler CPU.Con's : LED and Fan control system crashes PC when using internal cable.

I’m very very happy with this AIO, I came from a cooler master 120 lite and wow the difference is amazing I’m getting 55 degrees with my cpu at max load whilst I was getting really bad temps with my 120mm at 78-85 degrees. The fans are quite loud but... with the side panel on it really doesn’t matter to me, if you use a headset this shouldn’t be an issue for you at all, looks and performs amazingly overall very satisfied with this item 10/10

Used an AIO before (Corsair H110 GT) and thepump was way too loud. This unit is great...well the main pump etc unit is ((and yeah they are all the same astek stuff but it is quieter). However the fans are like rocket ships, you will need to budget two decent 140mm fans for them, but this is the same as their competitors (Corsairs are equally terrible)

Using the EVGA CLC280 on a deliddded i7 8700K, temperatures don’t go above 67C when overclocked to 5.1GHz so can’t complain about performance. I recommend changing the stock fans to something better and less noisy, I used 2 BeQuiet! Silent wings 3 for better results in thermals and noise.

Great CPU cooler so far, nice and quiet and seems to he proced competitively. My gripe is with the quality of the installation instructions provided, which are, honestly not worth the paper they are printed on. There are however good YouTube videos out there

This cooler is quite outstandingly quiet, a few tweaks made in the flow control software and then its configured. The rgb controls are decent and the cooling performance is good enough for my i7 8700k at 5GHZ.

Apart from the software been a tad problematic the hardware is solid and cools better than most AIO coolers on the market.

If you need an AIO this one looks good and runs silent.Software probably needs a small update, but works well.
