I bought 2 off these bowls and they are a great size for mixing 2 small or mediu m size sourdough loaves and for overnight fermentation. They have a lid too which saves on using to much cling film and i can see the air pockets in the dough and see how much it has grown easily. I bought the plastic bowls as they are BPB free and if i drop them they wont break on my ceramic tiled floor! Which i have done a few times with glass bowls!

Perfect for my purpose of storing bread dough for proofing.The lid is easy to fit and remove, not sure about leak proof though. Round body has good fit with a scraper and non stick to dough.Easy clean, easy dry.I am pleased with this purchase and will recommend those who is looking for a container for this purpose.

Great bowl for bread making. Ideal to mix and put in water bath for letting it rise. Would order again any time as have had EMSA products and always been satisfied.

Exactly what I was looking for. Lid is secure. Size is quite large and I've used it for both storage and as a mixing bowl
