I wanted an all day eyeliner that did not smear in a few hours (oily eyelids) and that did not crack and peel. I have had smearing with all pencil eyeliners in the past and cracking with liquid eyeliners. This eyeliner fit my needs. Able to wear it from morning thru evening without problems. I have shakey hands so I started using a small makeup brush to comb over the eyeliner and use instead of the fine line. This works better for me both because of my shakey hands and because I have eyelashes that are not in a straight line right at the center of my eyes. I will definitely continue to use this eyeliner!
