Fast delivery and product as described. My only gripe with these is the price in general whoever you buy them from. It would help if they did a set which just had the white filter foam disks - I hardly ever have to replace the blue ring filter seeing as long as you clean it every now and again, they seem to last forever.But they do the job as required and last as long as you can expect for a product which does quite a tough job, so on the whole, quite happy.

I had to send the filter pads back as the filter had broken down but the response I had for the request to send it back was very quick and I got my money back straight away

Excellant product. Use them all the time. They need to be renewed every 2 - 4 weeks. If not, all of the bacteria trapped in the foam will just end up back in the tank.

Exactly as stated & "name brand high quality." Have used so-called bargain brands & they don't compare to eheim name brand.

The EHEIM FILTER PADS ARE GREAT. My tank stays clean and looks great all the time; month after month.
