Further Update - Eglo bulbs found! Local Eglo authorised dealer found a replacement bulb that fits perfectly! As well as being physically the correct form factor - a slightly longer barrel than many GU10s the bulk has the right colour temp (3000k), dispersal (wide) and wattage / lumens (5w/400lm). But there's a couple of minor difference. 1. the bulb's back is mirrored, meaning when off, you will notice they're not 'armoured' as the supplied ones are if you look up at the fitting - an a key feature is that the bulb heads are exposed. 2. There are significantly fewer diodes - obviously through tech advancement. I can live with that. My thanks for Eglo and local dealer's assistance,but I'm keeping star at ONE until Eglo mention that you'll need THEIR bulbs in their marketing material, as regular GU10s don't fit.2019 UPDATE! Whilst waiting for a local dealer to source a replacement lamp, finally found a mainstream brand that fits! Its the Phillips CorePro LED spot. It must be a Phillips things, as their Hue GU10s are also outside the conventional form factor. Here's the link: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01I9FITO6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1Of course, with all the variables of matching LED bulbs such as colour temp (kelvin), beam focus, (degrees) wattage etc. it's worth mentioning that the unlike the supplied bulbs which use around 24 chips to illuminate, the Phillips uses just 4, meaning the bulbs look different when viewed directly when on. Also, the replacement is an extremely tight fit and is glass backed as opposed to the 'armoured' backing of the supplied bulbs, so it remains to be seen if these are a safe alternative. Still, zero rating for the manufacturer and supplier, neither of whom could be bothered to assist, so I hope this helps.This is a lovely unit, very minimalist and coming with six housings relatively rare. For people like myself who want a room filled with light this would seem a good option. But buyer beware! The supplied bulbs also by Eglo cannot be replaced! Standard warm white 5W GU10 LEDs will not fit within the housings. Either the curved bulb shape is too big and/or the bulb's shank is insufficient. This should not be, as the GU10 form factor should be standard. Furthermore, I contacted the supplier asking for the bulb spec so that I could replace one that died after 18 months and they were less than useless, telling me to find something locally! Beware, don't buy this unit and don't buy from this seller, as their customer service is useless.

DO NOT BUY THIS LAMP. Only the bulbs supplied by Ergo will fit into the holders, other manufacturers will not.I fitted this lamp six weeks after purchase, and now the supplier is refusing to provide a refund.THIS ITEM IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

As per other reviewer's comments, I can confirm that this light fitting does not fit standard GU10 bulbs. It also does not fit the new version (2020) of the Philips Hue GU10 bulbs, making it entirely useless. Returned.
