I was a little apprehensive when I ordered these boots as had read a review stating I would need to pay to return to Germany if the boots weren’t suitable. Unfortunately they were a bit too small for me but the customer service I received was great. As soon as I contacted the sellers I was sent a return label with pre-paid shipping no questions asked and received a prompt refund payment for the full amount paid. Very happy with the service and although the boots weren’t suitable this time I wouldn’t hesitate shopping from here again.

I bought these boots in a size larger than my other Ecco Tredtray waterproof boots due to the narrowness of the boots. The larger size definitely fits more comfortably and I can wear my thick merino wool socks with them. The rich amber colour is absolutely stunning and complements all my outfits. These boots are very well constructed and uniquely stylish..I am in love!!

I bought these Ecco boots for my daughter and she loves them! Waterproof, comfortable and look cool. Everything she wanted in a pair of boots. She hasn't stopped raving about them!
