The original handle on our Dyson has a poor quality, plastic catch which broke rendering the whole machine useless (so much for quality design). This replacement seems exactly the same size and fit as the original and priced as expected. So we are up and running with the Dyson again. As its the same silly plastic catch on the replacement it will fail eventually but I accept its just a design flaw really.

I am thankful for KGA SUPPLIES for allowing me to buy a spare part at a reasonable price which appears as good as the original. I'm less impressed with Dyson - this is my third Vac from them and each time, the quality gets less and less. This part just fell to bits. Now, the plastic of the handle on the Vac just shattered to pieces just when I lifted the Vac up !!

It is geniue so it fits perfectly. I will be more careful this time with . I like dyson brand but I must say you have to pay extra for the brand. Our vacuum is 6 years old and this is only part which broke down.

Delivered on time. Exactly what is described and what I expected. Very good value for money. Exactly the same as the old one I’ve got. I recommend this product and the seller for fast delivery.

Does what it says on the box , very good value , poor delivery service , eventually rectified after several emails and weeks after the initial order

Genuine Dyson part so did the job it is designed to do. Disappointed that the original part broke as it was not put under stress during operation

I had doubts when I ordered this but I am very pleased with it. Good quality, appears to be genuine part, which works perfectly.

Great alternative to an expensive dyson original part. Not 100% as original but hey it’s a vacuum part and much cheaper

Exactly what I needed as my last one broke, from frequently dropping it on the floor rather than placing in down.

Bought for my grandma as a replacement for her Dyson DC28C and it was perfect.
