Been using these filters on our DC19 for years - they fit well and replacing them each year when they've gone grey underneath keeps suction tip-top.My guess is for folks who say they don't fit is probably because they're trying to install them in the wrong place where the washable pre-motor filter goes. This filter is post-motor and needs to be installed under the cyclone/dust bucket.

My dyson is over 20 years old and I decided to replace the post filter as it was black including the pre-filter that's washable and a re-placement floor head. Its now like new, brilliant suction.no need to buy new if the suction is gone; better to give some TLC with new filters!Thank you.

Exactly as described thank you. My Dyson picks up a lot better now. I would recommend the Hepa filter.
