Dynasty Warriors 5 can only be discribed as a brilliant game. It is extremly fun and addicitive. However, I must say that if you have played any other Dynasty Warriors game (except one) and you didn't like it, then you won't like this game. It is not that different from the other Dynasty Warriors games in all fairness.If you are a Dynasty Warriors fan then you will probably love this game. in my opinion it is without a doubt the best in the series. It is really like four except without all the bad features, and some brilliant new ones. Some new brillaint features are:Every character has their own storyline (this is in some aspects a improvment on 3 but 3 didn't really have this feature covered

For all those that have never played a Dynasty Warriors game this is purely and simply a button basher. If you hate repeating moves and the old X...X....X... Square...Triangle....This game isnt is not you full stop. If you do You'll find a game with complex and delightful history and a game that rivals many in longevity.The story evolves round three waring armies Wei,Shu,Wu and a few lone warriors. Each Army has around 10-15 Officers. Its these you control and take on the battlefield. You destroy other officers to rank up, gain new weapons, items and bodyguards.Each officer will take roughly 45 minutes - 1.5 hrs to complete, you times that the amount of officers available (around 45+)

Dynasty Warriors 5 is an amazing game! It is possibly the funnest action game of all time.Firstly it has the largest number of playable characters ever assembled. All together there is 48 playable characters, 33 of which are unlockable. Every one of these characters have a unique story which you can play on on Musou mode. These characters are spread across a large number of kingdoms(teams). The three main kingdoms are Shu, Wei and Wu. There are a few other teams including Dong Zhuo's forces, Yuan Shaou's forces and the Yellow Turbans. The three main kingdoms are each ruled by a regional lord. Liu Bei-Shu,

LETS CUT TO THE CHASE.THIS IS WITH OUT A DOUBT GOING TO BE ONE OF THE BEST GAMES YOU WILL EVER PLAY AS IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST FIGHTING/STRATEGY GAME AROUND EVER.THE GAME IS MASSIVE WITH 48 PLAYABLE CHARACTERS WHICH YOU WILL BE ADDICTED TO UNLOCK AND 38 MASSIVE EPIC BATTLEFIELDSTHERE ARE LOADS OF SECRET ITEMS AND WEAPONS AND YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE CHALLENGES TO COLLECT THEM AND THERE IS THE INFAMOUS LU BU WHO IS SO HARD TO DIFFEAT IT IS MIND BOGOLING.IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO GET DW3 FIRST AS THEN YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THIS AMAZING GAME.BUY IT NOW OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Dynasty warriors has been taken to another level in number 5 with six new playable characters and two new great orbs!! I absolutely loved this game with new moves added to characters and improved visual affects on movies. One thing i do miss is creating my own character but trust me with six new characters you won't miss it too much!! I liked the fact it played on empires with capturing strongholds, larger maps and getting good weapons without having to worry about getting weapon experience. This game is a must have and I can't wait for extreme legends to come out!!!!!

To all who simply love the Dynasty Warriors series, this is a must for your collection as it enables you to have the greatest number of playable characters availabe to date, also link up with your bodyguard to do your relevant characters true musuo attack regardless of your healthEven though you only have one bodyguard compared to a maximuym of eight in the last game, the bodyguard can assist you in various ways e.g ones that have a fan as a weapon can heal you

living up to the reputation of the first 4 of the series was never going to be easy...however you created the proverbial "mountain out of a molehill" by creating new characters and irrelevant yet horrificly poor scenery. why is it that level four i am issued with a pair of moccasins to improve walking rather then medical supplies for the health of my character, zhuge liang. im fed up of this

This is a fantastic game.If you enjoy fighting games where you mash through enemies,read a map and upgrad your character then buy this one.When you fight with an upgraded and powerfull player you just kill them strait away with a single swipe.There is a multiplayer mode,free mode,full game mode and chalenge mode.Perfect in every way,10/10

I have always found Dynasty Warriors really addictive. But Dynasty Warriors 5 takes it to another level. More characters to play with more better storyline and more items and bodyguards makes this one of the best fighting games on the ps2. Buy this Game now!!!!!!!

I Enjoyed the game a lot, even though it takes a long time to unlock all the characters. But if you are a Dynasty Warriors fan, and like a challenge, then this is the game for you!
