PRO: Arrived on time, color is as pictured although some people might think the darker color is closer to a brown color. Construction seems to be excellent and very sturdy. The flower is a nice touch and I'm leaving it on. The backpack should be good for many years and I'm sure it is going to be exactly what someone is looking for.CON: I'm 4'11" and I am still working on trying to adjust the straps for a comfortable fit. The hip belt is "removable" and it is Velcro-ed in. Getting it in and out is ridiculously difficult. Can't say much on the venting system on the back. It feels like two hard vertical strips on my back that will let air flow or else just keep most of the backpack off my back so it's not so sweaty.
