I have always used the Deuter Lite series as being a runner.The product is perfect and light weight. The upgrade version has made an improvement on al already great product.The handle for the zips are small, the handle on the top of the bag too is small, and shorter straps leading to less bits flapping around whilst running.Great product and highly recommended. Going to find an excuse to upgrade my SpeedLite10...

Had this pack for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. I use it for day hikes every now and again, but I also throw all of my climbing/bouldering gear in it and jog to the gym a few times a week - it's lightweight, cinches down tight, and actually makes for a great jogging pack. Highly recommend as a good, cheap pack. Love the color too!

I love this pack for 3-season hiking and family outings. The outer stash pocket is perfect for a first aid kit and a wag bag. The side pockets are perfect for a 1-liter smart water bottle or z-style trekking poles. I like that the hip belt is removable because I never use it. I wouldn't change anything about this pack.

I found this pack to be great. It is light weight and very comfortable. The straps easily adjust and pocket placement is great. The side pockets hold my water nicely within reach without having to dislocate my shoulder to get it out or place it back. Plan on buying another as soon as we can decide on the second color

Have used this on two excursions now. It carries well and holds everything I need. Way better than the giant backpack I was using. The available bladder works well. I don’t use it for running so I don’t have the chafing issues others have mentioned. Great for biking/hiking

Extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have used this pack for all day hiking trips, travel (airports), etc. capacity to hold large and small items with many pockets, however I do wish there was a pocket inside the main backpack belly.

I cannot find fault with this product. It's just great. It is very light and fits a lot. I use it for walks throughout the year, and hiking during the summer. The materials are of very good quality and with how light it is, it practically does not sit on the back.
