I bought the Jive Tote Bag, Baxton model. I am a man and wanted a small shoulder bag that I could use as a spare pocket. I don’t like stuffing my jean pockets with stuff (“Is that a gun in your pocket…”), or the design of fanny packs. I didn’t find a men’s bag that suited me.This bag is perfect for my needs.- It is small, yet big enough to hold my iPhone 7 in the front pocket; and slim wallet, keys. small flashlight, and pocket knife in the main compartment. There’s room for more stuff.- It can be opened and closed with one hand. The zippers and pockets open freely.- The material is heavyweight and durable (polyester).I chose the Baxton color. I told myself it could pass for a (more manly)

I just received this today and I’m super happy with it. I have other cross body bags that only hold my phone and little else. This is the perfect size to hold my phone, wallet, lip balm, keys and more, but it’s not too big and sits flat at front hip level. I travel light and wanted something for those days I’m wearing leggings and don’t have pockets. It’s solidly constructed and I love that the strap is sewn into the bag as I’ve had issues with bags that just have clips to attach the strap. Plus, the Blue Magnolia pattern is really pretty and exactly like the photo. It has several zip pockets too, which I really like. This has everything I was looking for in a cross body bag. ❤️?

Doesn't fit a ton, but it's the perfect size for carrying the essentials (phone, small wallet, keys, small random items). For people who don't want to be bogged down by the extra, unnecessary items in their possession. Inside zipper great for items you don't want exposed and outside zipper pocket great for easy accessible stuff.Strap wonderfully adjustable to really long or really short. I'm 5'2 and like to wear my bag across my chest and pretty low so it's generally stretched out. But it's super easy to adjust.Only minor complaint is where the straps connect to the bag are kinda odd and turn it around every now and again when worn.

I bought this Dakine Jive Crossbody for my tween-age daughter. The pattern is subtle but interesting and the strap and actual bag are quiet sturdy. Even though she has tried to avoid purses of any kind and rely solely on pockets, she realized (after some resistance) that it would be handy to have a small purse in certain situations. This bag easily holds her iPhone 6Splus, a small water bottle, chap stick and small zip pouch for money. I think she'd have liked it to also be able to fit her sunglasses case, but it's not quiet big enough and she would balk at anything larger. All in all, a great quality, sporty-looking, compact crossbody.

This bag was supposed to take longer to arrive so I was pleasantly surprised with delivery. It's cute and seems well made, although I haven't had a chance to use it yet. It's roomier than I expected and a little on the deep side. I like the wide adjustable strap. There's a zipper compartment on the outside and one on the inside. Looks like it will hold everything I need for shopping... wallet, sunglasses, phone, and a few other things, not a ton of stuff but that's what I wanted.

This is my third bag from Dakine. It's a nice size, colors are spiffy, I've been caught in rain, snow storm and the bag doesn't lose its color. You have an extra area in the front, I use that zippered pocket to hold my metro card. This particular pattern insides are a nice olive green. HAPPY CAMPER?also it's pretty roomy inside. I wouldn't call it a tote bag..to small..it looks like "Coach small crossbows"Thank You AMAZON & Dakine

This is the perfect bag for carrying the minimal essentials. Like that is zips closed so I'm not losing stuff. I had to give up a heavy purse dues to neck and shoulder issues - wear this as a crossbody. Knocked it down a star because the strap has a twist in it which is annoying - it does not lie flat so either creates bulk at my back or upper shoulder. I've compared it to other bags and it seems it has been sewn on wrong.

Love how lightweight and durable this bag feels. Fits my full-size wallet, iPhone, keys, chapstick - all of the essentials! I’m also curvy and worried that the bag wouldn’t hang low enough to look like a proper crossbody but it’s very adjustable and looks and feels great to me. I included a picture for reference in case it helps anyone. Yay for a new favorite bag!

I bought the purse for a recent trip to Hawaii. I really love it, and it worked perfectly on the trip. It’s bigger than it looks, with an inside and an outside pocket. I liked that it was a crossbody bag, because I couldn’t lose or forget it. And the Hawaiian pattern made it perfect for taking to Hawaii. I will get a lot of use out of it as a summer purse.

I have several dakine bags - a big backpack, baby backpack, duffel, and this guy. This one is currently my favorite because it is so easy to fling around. I love that I can zip it up and not worry about losing anything. And most importantly - as with everything dakine - it's beyond durable and i have no doubt it'll last me a lifeitme.

This purse is on the small side but that's not a bad thing. Seems to stand up to everyday wear pretty well. I really like the pattern, too. What made me like this purse even more was buying a slim wallet and paring down the junk I normally carried in my somewhat larger purses. This purse can easily feel overstuffed.

Perfect little bag for travel. I originally bought it for running around at theme parks to take ID, credit card and cash along with me. It easily holds a phone, small wallet and sunglasses. My only complaint is it slips off my shoulder if there isn't enough weight in it. I just wear it cross body instead.

Love, love this bag! Perfect size. It's lightweight, sturdy, good strap. I used this on our trip and it held my phone (plus size), my kindle and my sunglasses with no problem. Front zip pocket for Id and a small chapstick was perfect.Definitely recommend and I am purchasing another in a different color

Ordered this as a travel purse for my wife. It turned out to be perfect for her. Small enough to be easy to carry, yet holds everything she wants when we are traveling "light". the two zippered pockets and main compartment zipper makes things feel secure, and hold her wallet, cell phone, etc. nicely.

I use a lot of small tote purses in the summer for day trips with my kids to amusement parks and busy places where it's not fun to carry around a large purse. This is such a well made purse and a perfect size for all the essentials. I definitely plan on order different colors and patterns.
