Had this a year now and it's done a great job so far. Able to sharpen delicate charcoal and pastel pencils to a point without breaking the leads, motor never seems to struggle, despite that I don't exactly go gentle on it, and can be used to sharpen regular 7mm pencils (e.g. Staedtler Noris) if you're lazy, though you have to line the pencil up carefully to avoid misalignment. Overall after 12 months I've got no complaints.
