Pros, it is very light and small, fits easy in a pocket.it is very cheap.it is made out of a light metal.cons.the leg broke when I extended it. I basically pulled it straight out, and bing in the forest, I lost the springs that reside inside to hold the leg together.I have a feeling that the screw to tighten the ball joint, may also snap at any moment unless you are very careful.it still works, but since one of the legs lost the part that extends, (and the rubber foot) I can not extend the other legs either, as it will then fall over.had it not broken when I pulled out one of the legs, I would have given it a 5 star.if you want a very light and small metal tripod that is very cheap,
