Purchased as a replacement to my older Creative speakers, these look and sound the business (even better if you also use a graphic equilizer). I was amazed that they have kept there price despite being released in roughly 2011. Take the driver covers off and they look there best. Also have a power saving feature. Sound switches off after 10 mins if no sound is being played. Either turn off & on again to resume, or just start playing sound again and they restore sound. The only problem with Creative labs speakers are the potentiometers (volume switch etc) break after a good set of years service. They don't 'click' again when turned on/off and worse case the sound fails all together.

I have used two makes of speakers for my desktop computer over past years, but neither was that great. One pair was tinny sounding, whilst the other pair became hot after being on for a few hours. I do a lot of work on recordings in my home studio and these T40 computer speakers are the first that I have really been satisfied with at a realistic price. A very pleased customer!

Needed to replace surround speakers due to lack of space the T40 II set were perfect for my requirements. Great looking speakers with neat and accessible audio controls. The removable grille covers are a nice idea for those who prefer that stripped back look. If you need to downsize but want decent sound from your desktop setup then these really are an excellent alternative.

Fantastic sound great finish,it is hard to believe how good these sound with tight controlled bass with amazing sound separation between vocals and instruments,the best I've heard by a mile at a very affordable price,highly recommended. The only thing I changed was the 3.5mm Jack lead for a good quality UGreen cable,but they sound good with the cable out of the Creative box.
