I use it primarily for gaming, and I really like its shape and how it feels very natural and comfortable for my hand (medium size). Extra grips provided really add to its value, I use the widest one as it provides resting place for my thumb. It has very easy to use side buttons (back/forward) with slight upwards move of a thumb. I use only 2 DPI settings. Every button and more is programmable via fairly easy to use software. It has onboard memory and profile can be saved to it. I recommend customizing and programing user profile for buttons, also the lighting and saving it alll to onboard memory via hardware profile and then deactivating the iCUE software when you are satisfied with settings,so it doesn't use your resources when it is not needed any more. Hardware profile anbles you to take your mouse and always have it setup with your settings whererever you go, hassle free. If LED lighting is one, it does get slightly warm, but I've never liked having LED lights on mouse and keyboard so it's disabled for me. DPI light cannot be easily disabled since there is no straightforward option for it, but it's small and anyway it gets covered by hand so it is not distracting. It can be disabled if you have or create a profile, for other corsair mouse for instance M65 RGB (pro) which has the option to disable DPI light, and the load its profile to Glaive RGB, it works and then you customize it further. I have owned M65 RGB for years, and while I liked its aluminum casing and its slightly textured feel to skin more, Glaive is so much comfortable and natural to my hand and precision and ease of use are remarkable. I really recommend this mouse for anyone with medium to large sized hands. I think it might be to big for children and women with small hands. Its weight is just perfect for me and it glides fantastically without any effort or resistance. It has option for calibrating its sensor to your mousepad/surface, and it the first thing you shoud do, it's easy to do and gives you the best possible precision. I noticed I get many more headshots in FPS games on first try with it. Its sensitivity is highly customizable and I do some photo editing too and am very, very satisfied with its precision and natural ease of use. Easily the best mouse I have ever owned and used. Highly recommended.

Given that the mouse has decreased heavily in price, relative to it's original RRP, this is likely the best "budget" mouse currently available on the market. The RGB of the mouse is customizable through Corsair's app that's available off the website, with the logo, and other RGB sections being able to be coloured differently. Furthermore, light patterns can also be assigned as per the user's choice. As for the DPI, this is where the product shines. It features 5 levels of DPI, again, fully customisable. Thisis very good for is you prefer varied DPI based on the nature of the game. For example, you may want a higher DPI in FPS games so as to pull off a "flick", while you may want a lower DPI for day to day usage. These values can be varied in 1DPI increments, which provides the utmost user customisation options.Furthermore, the app also allows the mouse to be calibrated for the surface it is to be used on, based on surface hardness, meaning that further performance can be squeezed out of the mouse when you need it most. All of this is due to the smart DPI sensor that corsair has placed into this mouse. While it's big brother, the Glaive PRO, will possess a better sensor, that mouse is quite a bit more expensive than this one. While it may be a compromise between super-low budgets, and high-end budgets, it is the ideal compromise, as it has all the features of more expensive competition, while retaining all of the expensive features.Additionally, the hardware of the mouse is outstanding, as the buttons are rated for 50 million clicks, which is obviously very important for gamers, and normal users alike! Additionally, the product favours ergonomics, as it provides 3 different side grips, which are placed below the forward/back buttons on the left side of the mouse. These allow the user to change the setup of the mouse physically, to a level that they prefer, either maximising form, or function!TLDR; Incredible value for money, with high-level specs for a low-level price with minimal compromise and unparalleled customisability

For reference, I've been using this mouse at home and at work, alongside a wireless Logitech G Pro and a wired HyperX Pulsefire Surge. At first glance, there's a lot to like about the unit. It's clearly been constructed with attention to both efficiency and comfort. It has a bit of heft in the body, which reassures about its sturdiness. That said, weight is obviously a concern for a mouse, especially if you're using it all day, or if you're using it for gaming. So yes, there's a bit more weight than I'd like here. The body is also quite wide. That meant it was great for work , where a wide base seems to help prevent wrist strain - but it felt a bit odd when using it for gaming. You get used to it after a while, but it is something you have to get used to.The various options for thumb grips were quite nice, and overall, the tactile feedback from the body is good. Absolutely no complaints about the sensor, either - very precis, and being able to configure it on the fly is a godsend.I'm not sure how I feel about the aesthetic - all the LED's are a bit of a lightshow in a more minimalist approach - but if they're your thing, more power to you.The driver install was seamless. The wider Corsair software suite was...okay, but while it let me do everything I wanted to, it didn't provide anything truly innovative. I'd like a little more integration between peripherals too, as with Logitech's suite. Still, it worked well enough.I've heard there's a wider issue with the left-click button becoming non-responsive. I haven't had that in mine, but be aware prior to purchase.Overall, and with that caveat in mind, this is a solid gaming mouse, and it'll be good in other contexts too.

First off this is my first Corsair mouse, i have always had Logitech gaming mice before and loved their accuracy and durability. This Corsair mouse is fantastic. With the 18000dpi i can really notice the difference against my older mice. it is very accurate and with the 5 different speed settings controlled by the top two buttons i find this very intuitive to use and it has genuinely improved my game in FPS by making me faster to line up a target as im not having to use minor adjustments to get the correct shot from range.I was sceptical with the styling of the mouse but this is a case of functionality over style and the ergonomics of this mouse is spot on.You get three grips with the mouse which snap on with magnets and hold on securely. You have to really try and get them off to swap them out so there is no danger of any failure of the grips seperating from the mouse during use.The mouse sits perfectly in my hand with all the buttons in easy reach. the buttons feal well made and that they will last a good time with heavy use. Same with the roller wheel with heavy duty rubber coating which is ridged to preven it slippng and allows you to grip the 3rd mouse button and press down without rolling by mistake.I have had the pleasure of using this for the last few months and i can confirm this is the best gaming mice i have ever used. i play a variety of games from RTS to FPS. RPG 3rd person to top down games and i have never had an issue with this mouse.

Everyone's hand size is different. Research what mouse is right for you. Search Rocket Jump Ninja on YouTube - he does mouse reviews and has been for quitea while.Personally, the mouse is quite heavy and the side buttons aren't comfortable to use. The fact that you can choose between 3 grips is quite nice, but there isn't much choice. I would prefer to have the textured one but flat like the smooth one.I do not think that the mouse buttons support heavy fingers either. The plastic does not seem like it could hold for long if pressed down with heavy hands over a long period of time. The sensor is considerably good. I do not get any random jolts like on other, cheaper mice. The RGB is quite nice and flashy, although I would have liked some RGB in the mouse wheel, much like Razer does. The mouse wheel is fine overall, but if the steps were more noticeable, that would be great. However, the fact that you cannot change the DPI colour is a bit stupid. I like going with a certain theme, and the always blue DPI colour messes with it. This needs to go.I would love it if Corsair provided one up and one down DPI button, with the ability to assign it as an actual button (more buttons the better, as it is easy to access, can change up the game quite a bit). Thanks for reading.

This is my second Corsair mouse, and I really like it. It's definitely chunky; made for big hands - and it's got quite a heft to it, although it's plastic rather than aluminium (there is an aluminium model though, apparently). It's a comfortable shape to use all day.The changeable side panels is a nice touch - they snap on and off very easily, but feel very firm once they're on (they're magnetic). They also do make the mouse much more comfortable to use on a daily basis. The mouse wheel is a rugged texture, and the DPI buttons on the top are easily used without being too easy to press.I don't really use the buttons on the side, but everything is fully customisable - down to the RGB lighting, which can go in patterns or solid colours through the iCue software. The mouse is responsive and becomes more responsive if you use the Corsair tool that maps the DPI to your mouse mat. My only mild annoyance is that because this mouse is quite big, I do butt up against the edges of my mouse mat!I really like this mouse - it's definitely on the large side, but it's very good quality. If I had a choice, I'd pay a little extra for the aluminium model, but if you know Corsair mice fit your hand, then this is a great choice.

Previously I had been using the Razer Deathadder since 2013 and needed something new to switch out since it constantly double clicked with one click of the mouse which was annoying. I then resorted to buying this since I had heard good things about it as well as it looking aesthetically pleasing. I received this mouse an hour ago and tested Overwatch and I can tell you this mouse is no joke. The comfort straight out the the box is amazing. It comes with 3 different side grips which are magnetic so it's easier switch them around and also has a button which allows you to switch the DPI on the go which is amazing because with my previous mouse I would need to open up the software just to switch it while with this you'd configure it in the software and switch it with a click of a button.A bonus to me would be the RGB as it makes it great to look at and can make your setup look greater if you're a fan of the colours changing.

Ok. It's a great mouse. I started off playing with a wireless Logitech MX Master. Going wireless to wired is a big difference and took about 6 hours to get back up to where I was with a wireless mouse. The durability is great on the mouse. It feels great to hold and it is a nice weight. The LED lights are nice - however the Corsair logo one makes my hand quite warm whilst gaming; hence forth why it is turned off.The DPI button is great when going from games like GTA V and CS-GO. It goes from being slower to move across the screen to bring highly sensitive. All in all, I think that it is a great mouse and I would reccomend it to people looking for a new mouse.

This product is the best gaming mouse I have ever owned. 100% worth the price! Feels amazingly comfortable in any hand with its changeable side pieces. It looks really nice and smooth and the RGB is very nice looking and nicely laid out. The software could do with better upgrades and flexibility and compatibility among other corsair products as I cant properly sync my K55 keyboard with this mouse (so I just leave it on static colors). The mouse is quite weighty, which isnt a huge downfall actually in my opinion quite the opposite.Amazing quality and would definitely recommend this mouse!

I really like this mouse especially the interchangeable side grips. But my only issue I have with this mouse is the terrible scroll wheel. You need to push down onto the scroll wheel very close to pressing it in to get it to scroll and that being the scroll steps are not accurate. It doesn't give you feedback when a scroll step happens and if you scroll too lightly then the rubber on top will just slide rather than actually scrolling. If you are heavy handed then maybe you might like this mouse but I have found better scroll wheels in cheap mass produced mice.

Replaced my G9x which finally died after too much abuse from travelling and years of use.The mouse is an ideal size for me, can use palm or claw grip and is very comfortable with the switchable thumb-rests. DPI goes to 16000 which is far more then you'd every realistically need. There's no weight compartment but the mouse comes at an ideal weight so no biggie. Having 5 DPI profiles is also great as expected of a good gaming mouse. The RGB lighting is a nice touch as well. All in all it is a breeze to use and great to game or work with.Would recommend =)

I'm so happy with this mouse, it's perfect. I've always like corsair products and I love RGB. This was a replacement for a Microsoft gaming mouse which I had for many years which finally died on me.So I decided to start building my RGB accessories with purchasing this mouse and I'm very pleased with it. It's perfectly shaped to fit your hand and comes with extra parts to mould to your hand playing style. It extremely smooth and responsive. Customised DPI settings, customised RGB settings and the clicks are very tactile. I'm now a corsair customer for life.

Brilliant , I brought this to replace my over a year old mad catz rat 7 . only annoying bit was getting the software (not to the fault of the sellers). RBB profiles are easy and simple to make, as well as DPI settings (5 different levels you can set, using the button nuder the scroll). The only issue I have with the mouse its self is a lack of keys, it only has 2 alternate keys so i wouldnt recomend for those wanting a million macros. However, I could physically feel the difference in smoothness when using this mouse - which is why im rating it 5 stars.

This mouse is a bit on the bigger side, but I personally really like this, as I have big hands. It feels responsive and clicking it feels good. The negative points are, that the sensitivity is default at the lowest setting and changing it requires iCUE to be downloaded and then started before the default setting changes. The RGB is also tied to iCUE, but that's not as important. You can also change all the colours in iCUE, even the sensitivity colours. All in all I'd recommend this mouse, especially if you have slightly bigger hands

This was an accidental order in that I searched for wireless gaming mouse this came up and I ordered it and only realised it's not wireless once I'd set it up but as far as gaming mouse's go this is one of the best I've used it's better than all other corsair as own them all and it's betethan my razer death adder, the only reason I'm returning is because it's not what I wanted and I really don't like the heavy cable it drags and I'm constantly pulling the cable up onto the desk to feel less cable pull apart from that it's fantastic
