I had an older version of this printer which I loved until it gave up the ghost. I decided to buy a smaller A4 printer to give me more room. Big error! The new printer printed from cassette only and I need a printer which can process different thicknesses of material. I decided to spend a bit more and get this printer. I had no problem setting it up and it works beautifully for my multi media work. Canon is my preference. Decide which model best suits your needs. Great results!

Love this printer: easy to use and can print A3 and card. We've been using it for homeschooling projects, posters, greetings cards etc.Easy to set up to print from devices e.g. phones / tablet.Not the fastest, but it's great! Very happy with it.Plus it's sleek-looking- not the most important aspect but a nice bonus. I can imagine many A3 printers might look a bit unsightly in a home setting. About to run out of ink, I expect this might sting the wallet a bit though.

I'm so pleased with the quality of printing and all the available features at my fingertips with which I can play and manipulate design works and photo quality. It replaced my older Epson stylus photo 2100 from design work as the individual colour cartridges were becoming so expensive so I was dubious it would be as good! However I've been really pleased with overall quality .

I used to have a canonA3 but it was inferior both in speed and quality, and keeping it working, than the Brother A3 printer that replaced it. This version of Canon A3 is great, super photoprinting, fast A3 posters, quick ink change, variety of papers and sizes accepted, sadly no CD or paper tray, the paper is fed from the top. However still overall pleasing.

So far so good Have not used A3 paper yet but it is great with A4 down to mostly any size, quick printing and have been looking every where for a top Loader which is great and will take 350 GSM card I also use a canon ip 7250 along side it which both take the same inks also it is a lot larger than normal printer at the moment very pleased.

Good A3 photo printer, handles a4 and a3 sheets with ease, I wanted a high quality photo printer with out spending upwards of £400, this does a great job once you play around with the print dialog box settings.I connect it to my pc with a cable, but the wifi connectivity also works great, in all good printer quick to set up also!

Initially skeptical about purchasing this due to mixed reviews however I’m pleased I bought it. Perfect for high gsm quality card and print quality fantastic. Took a little while to set up as I’m not particularly tech savvy but online website and Canon print a great help and now easily print direct from my phone if necessary.

Fantastic printer that I use to print greetings cards. Excellent quality prints, can handle thick weight card and up to A3+ which is great for the price. Really easy for me to set up but maybe not quite if you're not as tech savvy but instructions are clear. Easy to install print cartridges, all in all a great purchase.

Its not so much better than expected more of it is as good as expected with the name Canon. Have had a couple of Canon printers over time and can't complain, this time I needed an A3 printer and it has not disappointed. It fits the bill.Subject to what you want from an inkjet printer this one represents good value.

Great printer. As a digital artist I do get fed up of having to pay out for quality prints for my exhibitions but this printer is going to change all that. Print quality is excellent, the inks supplied are very good indeed. I am delighted with it and how easy it was to set up.

I bought this printer mainly for my art work because It can handle up to 300gsm (140lb) paper weight and up to A3+ paper size. I use it with watercolour and acrylic artists quality paper to print outlines of my work ready to paint, the results are excellent.

very happy with this printer. the only problem is with wifi connection - impossible to do it, but if you have a look on others review everybody have same problem. Not a problem connect it with cable. print quality is very good. highly recommended.

Great printer so far. Perfect print and perfect print speed. Doesn’t come with printer cable so little hard to sort that at first as mine didn’t connect to any cables I already had. But once I’d given up and just set it up on WiFi it’s great !!

Prints good quality posters for display up to A3 size as well asJust what I'd expect from a Canon Pixma. Good quality A3 printer for a budget price. Not disappointed.Comes with a supply of ink and photo paper, both of which are welcome.
