Been using Epsom printers for 20 years (or more), have spent lots of money over the years on various models. I needed to replace one of my printers that I use for ‘Sublimation’ printing and I noticed this one was being sold as such by several people. It’s doing the job - so can’t ask for much more than that. A few things I did notice however is the speed of print is a lot slower than I’m used to. It has no paper tray so it means you need to feed paper from the back feed section. It’s also a slightly less than robust printer and light as a feather (figuratively speaking). The cost of the machine outweighs the downsides, and as long as it works well for the coming year then it’s a bargain.

As are the products of printer manufacturers, Epson products are less robustly made than they were, which, I suppose, is how they keep printer prices so ridiculously low.In the end, does this matter so long as the printing is to a good standard? Maybe in a harsh environment it might, but it can sit on the office shelf, and if it lasts, as it's Epson predecessor did, for more than 10 years running 24/7, I'll be more than satisfied.Seeing as it shares a shelf with the router, the Ethernet connection was so simple to make, which allows other printers on the network not to have to rely on my own computer being live if they want to use it.

It can be connected to your router and used on your network..That's the best part of this printer for me..Can be set up for wireless use..Value for money for a home printer and more reliable thanmost wireless printers... Ink is cheaper and works with comparableink cartridges...This one i got for my daughter and she love how easy it is to set up and use..Mine has been running for over a year now under the stairs..

Good printer for general use, with good results on normal papers. Not so good on thick photo paper, or if you want to print onto envelopes, with the pick-up failing to grip thick items. On standard 80gsm paper, I found it prints fast and reliably, and is good for printing colour leaflets. Low priced cartridges are also available on ebay. I bought another one, and have 2 of these working hard on high volume leaflets.

It's not actually better than expected i wasn't asked that.I was asked either or questions about sujective judgements - not really useful, Slightly more than yes or a lot more?Actually it is fine print quality adequate reasonably easy to set up - although i did have problems getting it onto a network - and a good price. Is a bit slow

The printer does everything that I need, producing good quality black and colour printing.It also will print photos up the edge of the paper. The wireless feature works well, so that my wife and I working in different rooms can print documents. It accepts, whilst grumbling, compatible cheap cartridges. Good value for money.

Have bought this Epsom Printer Workforce W2010 It is so light and easy to set up, the print is very clear and the photo side is absolutely excellent cannot fault this at all.It is compact and can sit on a shelf when it prints it is so quiet you have to check to see if its working Excellent product

Good print quality, although it took a while to set up as I had to download the correct drives from the Epson site. Once this had been done, set up was easy.Good value especially as replacement ink cartridges are readily available at a good price.

On arrival, printer would not set up with supplied cartridges.....said they were empty.Epson customer support VERY tardy sending replacements (1 week)New cartidges OK and printer working well with good quality prints.

This is a cheap printer but quality is fine, as good as any other inkjet I've owned. But the big plus is the fact there are lots of non-Epson inks that work with it, at silly cheap prices, less than a pound a cartridge!

Excellent printer for the money. I had an A3 Workforce 7015 and used it to its death with no problem. This really is quality for a little cost. Great results with compatible inks and more than adequate photo quality

The printer is very neat and easy to lift. The setting up process including wifi is straightforward following the instructions included with the printer. The print quality is very good, quiet and fairly quick.

NOT BEING VERY TECHNICAL I FOUND IT EASY TO SET UP AND USE. THE PRINTING QUALITY IS VERY GOOD. THE INKS FOR THIS PRINTER ARE ALSO VERY ECONOMICALLY PRICED.

excellent printer and very reasonable price. print quality is superb and can also be connected wirelessly. I'm 100% satisfied with this product

Reasonable price, acceptable print quality with 3plitre droplet size. One of the few printers with rear paper feed.
