I bought this after having spent hours having to be the car waiting for the train to go by, when playing with my grandson, and he absolutely loves it!It has the usual well made quality that you get with brio, and fits with the other makes of wooden train set that he has.

My little grandson loves playing with his new railway crossing. So far his parents have bought or been given several pieces and so this gives him endless hours of imaginative play. So good that you can buy quality toys for the 21st century generation of children.

Great value addition to any wooden train set - introduces concept of a road /cars/pedestrians/towns to the railway. Kids will always enjoy lifting the barriers up and down. Nothing fancy about it, just a well-made classic toy.

it is a good choice for my son that he likes to play with his cars as well...the bats though are not going up and down very easily and I admit it does not add any fun to his train set.

Bought this for my little boy. He absolutely loves it. Product is durable, easy to use and looks very good. It fits perfectly with the rest of his wooden railway collection

Thought I had ordered the magnetic version of this which lifts itself (more fun) but my 3 year old is quite happy having not seen an alternative!

Good little add on to help expand your railway track set. My little boy loves it. The quality is good and the base is solid wood.
