A neat and late addition to the Toot Toot interface is this HOT ROD, which will delight adults and discerning children alike and makes for a fitting companion piece to the Toot Toot Drivers Extreme Stunt Set, though is technically no more compatible with that apparatus than are any of the other Toot Toot vehicles, e.g. Bin Lorry, Brexit Bus or Cop Car.HOT ROD is quietly reminiscent of the Toot Toot Taxi, being black in colour and about the same size as that character - and indeed is voiced by the same actor, the late Mr Francis Arabin. I bought this originally for a family member and my son found it, needless to say he was heart broken when he couldn't keep it so I ordered another for him. It's a brilliant little toy that gives him hours of fun, it's not too loud for us grumpy adults to deal with and the phrases are not too bad either.Yes there is an off button.It is a good fit for a toddlers hands and not too heavy. A sturdy little car too as it has been thrown from high chairs, prams and cot beds at full force onto all manners of floorings and is still as if it came out of the box that day.Highly recommend this toy.

The monster truck from Toot Toot. A really good addition to the set.My son loves the song it sings, and how to is much bigger than other toot toots that he owns. It is lightweight, but feels very strong and well made.The colours are bright, and the sound is clear. We have owned it a while now and have no problems with battery life. It works well on Toot Toot track and add ons, making noises where it is supposed to.A good addition.

If my three year old wrote this review he would give it 5 stars- catchy songs, good imaginative play opportunities. As I’m writing it though all I can is the songs are annoying, especially if like me you’ve been foolish enough to buy multiple vehicles! However, all the kids that come round to play make a beeline for the toot toot stuff so it seems it’s universally enjoyed, despite the noise.

These are excellent toys and my kids love them. They take batteries and each type of vehicle has its own sirens and noises. Each toy is activated by clicking on the windscreen and once the child knows how to use one, they can use them all. Excellently made and these can take a lot of punishment including goes down stairs and still work without an issue, I would highly recommend them!!!

Love Vtech items they always seem nice quality with no sharp edges. I like that you can switch these cars off and just park them in the garage or what ever vtech toot toot set you have. Plus if you have them all switched on and talking it can be horrendous with the noise.I do find them a little pricey so was glad I got this one on sale. Comes with batterys so you are ready to go.

Works with all Toot Toot tracks, Taxi design looks really good. Has several audio responses which trigger my either pressing the face button or pushing the taxi along the Toot Toot track system.We have several of these cars and all of them are well presented and well made. The packaging is mostly cardboard aswell so anything parts we didnt want to keep could easily be recycled!

My two children are in the process of collecting the VTech cars. This one is quite unique from the rest and does reprisent the personality of a monster truck if that makes sense. The words that it speaks represents as though its in a monster truck rally. Both children enjoy playing with it and one of it's sentences seems to have stuck in my mind! I'm a massive monster truck!

My son (25 months) has a few toot toot vehicles, he loves them all but the taxi is by far his favourite. As with all the vehicles, build quality is great and the batteries (2xAAA) easy to replace when needed. Would recommend to anyone! "I'm a cute little taxi, driving round the streets all day, tell me where to go and I'll take you there!"

Our toddler likes this toy. It plays several melodies, makes funny sounds. It seems to be of good quality, the only thing I don't like is that they don't roll as well and as long as some other toy cars that he has. I guess these toys are designed more for sound effects than for rolling on surfaces.

Absolutely brilliant, my 1 year old loves all the variety of these toot toots, he has absolutely loads now, collecting them all. When hes that bit older i am going to purchase him the Track sets you can buy, and of course it will be from Amazon as i never shop anywhere else! #AmazonAddict

Great little toy that operates very well on the Baby Toot Toot Drivers deluxe Track set. Hours of fun for our 2 yr old grandson.One word of warning don't forget to turn it off before you wrap it - there was a lot of "taxi chat" everytime the presents were moved under the Christmas tree!!

My son loves the Toot Toot range and my husband has recently become a motorcyclist, which has made him a hero in his 2 year old son’s eyes. This was a great gift to combine the two. The bike makes lots of different sounds and says different things, which keeps a youngster’s interest.

My little boy loves this as his grandad is a taxi driver. He loves the sounds it makes and is very hardy. I ordered this for Christmas but had to give it to him sooner and glad I did. They are a nice nice for a small child my little lad is 7 months. Delivery was very quick.
