Extremely happy with this item fair play to Brabantia they really nailed it on this design. I know people will probably think I am a little crazy to be excited by a chopping board, however, after trying to put up with a board that constantly moves around when I am chopping for ages now, it was time to get myself a stable reliable board that doesn't move all over the place when chopping.I found exactly that! The Board doesn't move at all when I am chopping or slicing no matter what it is I might be doing and believe me I have tried lots of different things to put this through its paces and it aced the lot.Not only does it have a good grip on the worktop,

Fast delivery. Good packaging. The board is in a pretty colour. It's dishwasher safe which is exactly what I was looking for to handle meat. I recently purchased a set of high-end knives and wanted a board that would go easy on the blades. It already have a few scratches but that's because the knives I use are extremely sharp. This board has a softer surface in comparison to some other hard plastic boards and the thin sheets of plastic that are being used as chopping mats, which is exactly what I wanted. Yes, it does mean more ridges and scratches but I'd rather have that than a hard chopping board which is harsh on knife blades and blunts them faster.

I received this yesterday and haven't used it yet, so not sure how it will survive sharp knives, but it appears sturdy, thick enough, the size is OK (could be a tiny bit bigger, but I think that most people will find it's fine) and it has come through unscathed from its first dunking in the dishwasher. Shame about the colour, though: it is billed at "mint" (I detest green as a colour, but needs must as there weren't any other suitably large and thick plastic chopping boards on offer) but it is really more like "teal"... A wider choice of colours would be welcome, Brabantia!

I bought this as I have a large, main chopping board made of oak. It's not really recommended to use this for chopping meat, as wood is a nightmare for trapping germs.This is made of plastic and seems nice and durable as you'd expect from a brand like Brabantia. It has soft-rubber grip handle and edge. It's easy to wash, although does tend to cling to grease (hence one less star) it also has a groove to help meat juices drain away from the main board slightly. Could be used for multi purposes, not just meat.Good value board.

A bit smaller than I was hoping for, however it is a useful item. I really like the fact that it is designed so that chopped items can be manipulated into a pan or onto a plate very easily.I have deducted a star because the board marks when cutting items very easily. It is now quite badly marked after me using it every day. I ensure I scrub it and then wash in a dishwasher to ensure no residue food or bacteria are left behind.

This blue/green chopping board is just the right size for most homes, it's not huge, you wouldn't fit a turkey on it, but it's a good size for chopping vegetables or cutting meat. I like it very much as it has a surface which has some give in it so you don't feel like you're damaging your knives when using it, it has a similar forgiving surface as a wooden board would have. It washes easily and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Really good quality chopping board. I had tried a couple before this one and it is definitely the best I've found. It grips the worktop really well, no sliding around. The handle and lightness of the board makes it easy to hold yet it is very solid. Easy to wipe clean and can be put in the dishwasher. The surface will mark a little with very sharp knives but it still looks good.

I bought to match the smaller one I have. Love the feel of this chopping board cleans so easily. Doesn’t move around when used, and stays like new after using. Nice bright colour and in the range of yellow and blue you can use one for vegetables and one for meat and not get mixed up. I find the Brabantia products of extremely high quality and well worth the money.

Very solid and nicely made which is brabantia quality for you. I wanted red in large to match other kitchen accessories but they don't do it, only smaller ones in red, so I had to get mint green. It's a nice unusual shade of green though and I am happy with it. It scratches when you use it but they all do and it's less likely to blunt my knives!

I have to say I really enjoy using this product, although it comes with two little scratches when I got it, but the quality is great that I can forgive the scratches, lol. It can stands by itself as the design, also you can slide the foods into the pot that you have cut without drop out. Great design! :) you have to get one

Did not expect less from Brabantia brand. I've been using wooden boards before and it took me a lot of effort to keep them perfectly clean and smell free. This new board is easy to clean and does not retain water or smells which is what I was looking for. Non slip, large and thick it's a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Nice chopping board ...looks robust ,,Good size ,,Delivery next day .Only gave it four stars as the colour is not as stated ,,It states MINT ,,,This is definitely not mint ,,It’s Teal ( blue).Would have given 5* if the description was TEAL ..NOT AS MINT THEN FIND OUT ITS A SHADE OF BLUE.Don’t like being misled .

I nearly didn't buy this because it seemed expensive but it is really worth the money. Firstly the colour - red for meat so easy to remember. It does not slip whichever way up you use it. It also has a small rim around the edge to catch any small amounts of liquid. It is a pretty perfect chopping board!

Great product. But shocking delivery. Through it over gate, said on order it was handed to resident which wasnt true! Only just found it this morning on gravel on the drive. Box not properly secure. There is a parcel box outside front door..what's going on Amazon!!????. Luckily package not damaged

I purchased this chopping board as I nearly hacked my finger off using a glass one.This was the best replacement as I'm not fond of the wooden ones as it's difficult to clean them. This is light and a breeze to clean.It also has rubber grips to keep it in place whilst cutting and slicing food.
