When i first heard about beats by dr dre solo hd i thought it wouldnt be as good as Bose headphones that im accustomed to. But nevertheless i decided to buy these as im a huge fan of expensive sound. When i got this product, sure enough it looked awesome in terms of aesthetics but i was nervous about the sound. as soon as i heard my first song hotel california i was blown away by the quality. this headset is not just for the thumping lows made famous by dr dre, ull be amazed by how sharp and crisp the highs are. it really is worth every penny. for an audiophile, this headset is heaven. i can assure you of that. thanks monster for this beautifully tuned pair of slick headset.

Great headphone. They look like they won't immediately fall apart, like most on the market.Pretty in-your-face of course but I guess that's the idea.The one really annoying thing is that the lead it comes with is really short, for ipod use only. If you want to use these for listening to your hifi, you will need a longer lead. And Monster do not make one. They do make matching extension cables but they are not for sale in the UK. In the end, I bought two extension cables from eBay that had been imported from the US. You of course get standard extension leads but you would be lucky to get them to match.

Top class sound and quality that is to be expected at this price point.Fantastic dynamic range of speakers,great solid construction; in fact the only maybe slight criticism is that they are still very much bass-driven,(this may not suit all ! ).Overall a very,very good pair of headphones IMHO.

Amazing headphones sold my bose quiet comfort 3 just for these amazing headphones pure quality. amazing design really neat and comes with all accesories. best feature is more then likely the compact design and yet so much quality comes out of these headphones

Great bit of kit I was always aware of the brand but didn't buy into the hype, how wrong was I great set of headphones look the part and sound quality way better than the price tag suggests

Yes they are good! look good, sound good and look the business there are better on the market but the price is just too high the lead unplugs and when used with iphone they are awesome

Sooooo good I bought a second pair two weeks later. Thanks.Very nice, perfect item, sounds is amazing, works great with iPhone during phone calls.I’d highly recommend the earphones.

as i was unaware of dre solo headphones until my son mentioned them to me,they are a great, producing a terrific vibrant sound,using them with my ipod i cannot put them down

The feel and robustness of this headphone is excellent. I bought this along with a Bose but find myself being drawn to Beats Solo 2 consistently. A great buy.

Perfect sound, clear beat, perfect cable quality (as expected). However, they seem a bit: easy to break, but with the adequate respect they will be fine.
