I discovered Arran Gold on a short break to the lovely isle itself. I was so impressed, I brought two bottles home with me.This is not like Baileys, it is sweeter, like a light caramel cream - it's really difficult to describe the flavour.It's not easily available elsewhere, although I did find a supplier in Ayr closer to the price you pay in Arran. I found this on Amazon - and although it is a couple of pounds more expensive, it saves me driving to buy some, and risk there not being any in the shops!It came really well packaged by Amazon, and my husband was delighted with his birthday present. Will keep this one on my 'wish list'!

When my mother - who is the very image of moderation - gets that possessive about a gift of booze, you know it's got to be good. Same happened when my other half bought one. And my sister.By all accounts, it's very good stuff. Sadly, muggins here is allergic to it (along with a great many other things) but Arran have never produced a whisky I didn't like, so I reckon this was in good hands when it was put together.Not allergic to whisky. Talk about silver linings!

I was looking for a replacement for Auchentoshan Cream Liqueur as it is sadly no longer made :(However this beautiful drink has helped me get over that loss. It is delicious and in all honesty I think I prefer it; I have one other replacment that I plan to taste but this one will be bought again very soon.UPDATE - Tried the other and it didn't come close. Will only buy this in future

The 'Rolls Royce' of Whisky Cream drinks - Immeasurable quality compared to the supposed 'brand leader'I had the pleasure of having a guided tasting at the Aaran distillery, the key difference with is drink compared to 'the irish cream one you all know' is that this is crafted using single malt whisky from the Isle of Arran and cream.

We usually drink this when we are on holiday on Arran so to be able to get hold of a bottle back home is a real treat. Far nicer than the leading brand, this is a superior liqueur with a smooth flavour and a subtle hint of a very palatable Scottish whisky. It is extremely drinkable and perfect at Christmas time.

After spending a few days on Arran during the summer, I got totally hooked on this exquisite much better than Baileys liqueur. Normally not that keen on whisky, but this could convert me. Couldn't find it in any of the local supermarkets so ordered online and treated myself. Could never go back to Baileys now

I tried this on a visit to the Arran distillery and decided it was far and away the nicest of their products. Their core whisky is a bit to raw for my tastes, but when combined with cream it makes something really, really nice. If you normally buy Baileys, this is like that, but much nicer. Recommended.

Arran whisky is excellent on its own so I had high expectations of this and was not disappointed. I did a taste test against some Bailey's and the Arran is vesy obviously smoother with a slightly richer flavour. I would urge you to get this when you are looking for a Bailey's-like liqueur.

I Have been buying this lovely cream whisky straight from the distillery in Beautiful Arran for some years now , If you like Baileys then you will love this it is great over ice cream or even in a cheesecake I much prefer it to Baileys nowjust drop some ice in to your glass and enjoy

My wife and I sampled this at the distillery on the Isle of Arran a few years ago, wonderful! So on my most recent visit to Scotland I bought 2 bottles; one for my mother-in-law and one to bring home. I wish we could get this in the States at a reasonable price!

I bought Arran Gold for my husband's fathers day gift an he absolutely loved it along with the taste lol the price was very good an standard of delivery was really quick and good will defo be ordering it again as I have one happy hubby xx

Quite simply the best whisky liqueur. Forgot other whisky liqueurs, buy this instead. Once you've tasted this you won't go back to the well known brands. Give this a try, you won't be disappointed.

this is much nicer than baileys made with quality Arran malt whisky and cream from the islands dairy. Tastes gorgeous thouroughly recommend this product it deserves to be in top end supermarkets.

If you like Baileys, you'll love this! Fantastic after diinner drink and something a little different from the stuff you can buy in the shops/supermarket. Delivery surface is excellent too!

Great product, but I brought this for a present, so I couldn't say on the flavour, however the person I brought it for likes it as this isn't the first time we have brought him this. 5/5 ?
