My daughter loves this!! Product wasn't damaged and packaging was just right not too much like some packaging can be.Pug is soft and they was a piece of thread hanging but was easily cut away which didn't continue to come undone so all good. There is a bag inside the pugs tummy which is easy to open due to it as a Velcro opening, you take the bag out and place the bag into the microwave, I put mine on for 1 minute and 20 seconds as mine is a 900 watt microwave and I feel this is just enough but everyone as their own preference, it gives off a lavender aroma which as been said to help with sleep!

So lovely, the heating pouch is separate and goes inside the rabbit which is brilliant, it smells nice and doesn't get too hot (which is good). He is super soft and has massive, super gorgeous ears. The only thing I would say is the Velcro is on the rabbits tummy and does stick out so it can either scratch you on your skin if it is next to your skin or your arms. I have just put a tiny t shirt on mine to solve this (I'm sorry I know bears shouldn't wear clothes!!)

I'm mad on rabbits, and although these look like they're for kids ( as the previous reviewer's was) I'm in my late teens and couldn't care less, got this for the really cold nights and this is perfect. So soft and cute, the lavendar and chamomile smell is lovely when it's not even warmed up, and the product is a nice size and quite weighty! Overall, I love this bunny and would highly recommend.

Seems well made etc. Bought Hot hugs product because it has a removeable bag, which means you can probably clean the cover in the event of accidents. The rabbit is a lovely size especially for younger users. The only negative is the size of the wheat bag, not the smallest on the market but would have liked it to be slightly larger, which would hold the heat for longer.

I LOVE this hot water bottle teddy! It's amazing for if you have a stomach ache. Only down side I would give it is that the heat doesn't last long and I find myself re-heating the inside lavender every half an hour and that can be horrible if you are in a lot of pain and can't move. But it is cuddly and it smells nice.

This toy was my 2yr old favourite toy, more specifically the bean bag inside which she calls Bunny's Tummy. We were on the train and she left it on there and we could not find another in town anywhere. I looked on the net and saw I could buy one and it arrived less than 24 hours later. FANTASTIC!!

Fractured the radial head and scaphoid in my left arm, neither of which is immediately plastered. Sent home from hospital with triangular bandage, which was really uncomfortable.Bought this product and it was a game changer. Perfect fit, comfortable and supportive. Highly recommended ??

I bought it for my gran to cheer her up and she is always carrying it around or sitting it on her lap. It's so cute! She told me she finds it very comforting. I'm glad it could put a smile on her face and it's like being able to give her a hug without seeing her in person. <3

This roundup is good value for money. I recommend this product to anyone. kills weeds within 1 or 2 weeks after treatment. It is pet friendly & soil neutralises the chemical so therefore no soil contamination,so it kills the weeds you are treating.

Bought as a present for my mumma... She sleeps with it every night LOL!Reallly soft material and "super squishy"... My mum is very happy :)She hasn't heated it yet, so I can't comment on that part, but it smells nice and is a great teddy!

My only criticism is that the velcro fastening stopped sticking properly after only a couple of weeks (hence four not five stars). My eight year old takes it to bed every night and has to have it with her on every sleepover/holiday.

It is not better than I expected. In fact it falls well short of what I expected. I needed to use it in an outdoor situation but it lacks substance. I can still find an indoor use for it but, to me, this is not HEAVY DUTY.

Excellent product , well produced , top quality , and "Charlie" the dog is happy out . The magnet is just strong enough to prevent it flapping even in a strong wind ans jet easy enough for Charlie to open with his paw.

Bigger than what I thought it would be! It's about the size of a med/large Teddy.Lovely and soft, is the perfect gift for any pug lover!Delivery was very fast and came a day earlier than expected, brilliant!!
