Intelex Plush Microwavable teddy, ordered a total of 4 of these of differnt types and as same review for all i will copy and paste,5 stars first as i carnt give 10! allthough i had a vision of size dimensions in description on one of them they are bigger than i expected which is good as they for kids, err well no not just kids as the partner also wonted one so here i have a 4 month old, 13 month old, 4 year old and a grown up mummy all very happy with there water less hot water bottle bottle as the 4 year old decribes them, i love the fact that the whole thing goes in the microwave not just the inner bag as them kind the velcro goes all scabby and then they loose the wheet bag and you carnt put a zip in that kind as it might get hot and may cause burns i think,

Gorgeous little Bagpus wheat bag warmer, he stands about 7ish inches high as is as wide, and about 12 inches long, his fur has a lovely soft pile to it making him all lovely and cuddly.He can be placed in the microwave to warm and is lovely to take to bed with you at night!He does have a nice lavender scent but I find with these wheat bag warmers that after a few times in the microwave it starts to fade and you end up with it smelling like a piece of toast. Not sure if you can refresh it with more Lavender oil as not tried yet, bit unsure if it would be safe in the microwave after that.These little animal wheat warmers are ideal for children as safer than a hot water bottle if not left in the microwave so long.

Mum was always a fan Bagpuss and loves her hot water bottle so thought I would give this a try. I'm pleased I did! Bagpuss himself is very soft, some fur seemed to fall out which was a little worrying but I think that was down to being new and no more has fallen out since.In terms of heat after putting him in the microwave for 2 minutes (a disturbing sight indeed!) he is a very pleasant temperature (hot but not uncomfortably so) and stays that way for perhaps 4 hours (then warm for another few).Some other notes are that the first couple of uses he seems a tad damp and the smell is a tad overwhelming. This however goes away after 2 or 3 uses once he has been "worn in". His expression is also slightly worried /

This is a blast from the past in a really nice modern plush doll. Our child is not really very taken with it but mummy likes it and it is a great thing to snuggle up with on cold winter nights. The relaxing lavender aroma is a perfect addition that soothes and clams you to sleep. The only negative side is the wetness when you first use it. On first heating the toy became very wet (as indicated clearly in the instructions for use) it it quite gross to start with so I would not recommend underestimating this. I haven't noticed the wetness in other heatable warmers that I have used but this is the first "furry" one I have bought so I guess its something to do with the additional hair trapping moisture.

I have been looking for a big Bagpuss plush for years! This one is great! My son loves him and I can't wait to give it to him! I can't really comment on how microwaveable it is as I'm sure my son will be playing with it more than using it like a water bottle! It's soft, a little weighty because of the stuffing inside, but in my opinion it gives it a more authentic feel because Bagpuss is a pretty big cat! It has a nice faint lavender smell as well. In addition, the delivery was great, it arrived early and came in a big box which was all padded so no damages occurred thankfully! All in all, a great purchase for any lover of Bagpuss!

This is the second one of these I have bought. The first one developed a hole after a year of constant use, and despite all the other versions on the market, it had to be another bagpuss. I like the weight of them, and it is far more cuddly than a normal hotwater bottle. There is the added bonus of the toy still being cuddly when the heat has gone out of them, unlike a traditional hotwater bottle, which you would rather kick out of bed. The toy retains the heat for a few hours, and is pleasantly warm rather than too hot to touch. No danger of leaking either, so perfect for the kids

If your child loves bagpuss, then buy this! my 2-year son insists on taking it to bed with him every night and often wants to take it to nursey with him too. I bought it because we got given the complete bagpuss DVD set, which he loves. Now he will only watch bagpuss or peppa pig on th telly! But I think its only worth buying if your child already loves bagpus, also it is worth mentioning that it contains dried lavendar, but the smell doesn't seem to bother my son. Finally I don't think it is suitable for babies as it has lovely cuddly fur on it.

Read different information relating to using Lavender wheat bags and have to say loved what I read, brought this due to me loving this character as a child ( so sad ), better then a hot water bottle due to it resting nicely over my knee rather then heavy and not speading over the whole area. Did help ease my knee pain as I suffer with Arthritis thought this will help which it does, the heat does last along time, I find it best to use a towel to rest it on for the first hour or so because it is a little to hot for me.

Top Class seller, quick UK delivery and well packaged. I bought this product at the request of my cousin who lives in Oz as she'd searched all over for this product. Fantastic little bagpus. Unfortunately, Oz Customs removed it from the package as it had lavender inside and was not allowed, oh dear :o( needless to say we were unhappy with Oz Customs! But... I certainly wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again in the future... thanx :o)

So cute and adorable. Love the character. However, it’s scent is a little disturbing. Not quite lavender but something else. My son and I don’t like it so I’ve put some drops of lavender essential oils on the toy and it smells better. Microwaveable but doesn’t really get so hot as per the instructions and it does have hot/warm spots. Also as per the label, after microwaving the plush does feel a little damp. But just for a brief moment.

I bought this as a friend and he was so gorgeous when he arrived that I immediately ordered another for me.It has been absolutely freezing weather and I have used him quite a few times. To warm him up in the microwave is so easy and he keeps warm for ages with a lovely smell of lavendered. Also he is so cuddly/cute even when not warm. Additionally it is so much safer than a hot water bottle without any fear of leaks in the bed.

I ordered this for my granddaughter, we bought her a bed for Christmas, and wanted to keep the theme by giving her a little gift to open on Christmas morning. this item is extremely good value, and so cute and tactile I didn't want to wrap it up.if you want to give a little something extra this year check out the many varieties of gifts this company have. if I loved it i'm sure a 4 year old will love it too.

I love this cuddly toy. Bagpuss is the perfect size to perch on my aching knee, and he's soft for cuddling, too. An unexpected bonus is my cat seems to be quite attracted to Bagpuss and we find her sleeping next to it all the time. I plan to take him to hospital with me when I go for surgery so I have something to cuddle at night that also takes away some of the icky hospital smells.

I have bought one of these products and I can assure you that they are not harmful to animals and do NOT contain essential oils but in fact contain 100% natural English wheat grain and dried Lavender flower!!The thought that this could be harmful to animals is extremely ridiculous,could it not be that the cat ate something harmful and not Bagpuss that is causing the problems???????

I am very pleased with my Intelex Plush Microwaveable Bagpuss. A very good quality stuffed toy with lavender in its' tummy, this toy smells as sweet as it looks. The blue eyes are made of thread not separate plastic parts so the entire toy is fine to microwave.The fur also has a slight shimmer to it that is very pretty. I would recommend this to any Bagpuss fan or any lavender lover.
