This is a quick and simple way to relieve muscle aches and headaches (if you lie down with it over your eyes/forehead). This has a very pleasant lavender smell and heats up nicely. I have had similar cheaper products, but I find this cotton covered one feels nice on the skin (not moist, like the others can be). It also arrived quickly. Definitely useful to soothe pain without pain killers.

Love the smell, I use it for back pain in pregnancy. It's worth noting that the pillow is in the shape of a long rectangle not a square as I thought it might be for some reason! So good for putting it across your shoulders, around your next or across your pelvis. Lavendar is really good for relaxation as well so I tend to use this at night to help me sleep. Highly recommend.

I enjoy putting over my shoulder and around neck in the evenings. I work sitting in an office chair most of the day and find my neck and upper back can be a bit stiff. Lasts about 20 mins for me. I like the smell but my husband doesn't so I thinks its personal choice. Helps me relax before bed. Can feel a little heavy, so don't think it would work for very frail customers.

Excellent product. Takes only two minutes to heat in the microwave and the heat lasts well. The fabric is good quality and overall it is very well made. The size is perfect to warm the neck if needed. I bought this as my previous heat pack had worn out because I had it so long. This one is much better quality and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased on sunday and delivered this morning (Tuesday) so super fast delivery especially as yesterday was a bank holiday! Very effective and smells lovely. Only annoying feature is that there are no partitions in the design so all wheat free to move along whole cushion so doesn't keep shape well. Otherwise great item and good price.

This made a lovely Christmas present for my girlfriend. Its just the right size to wrap around any part of the body and has a lovely lavender scent when heated. Heating takes 30 - 60 seconds in the microwave and provides warmth for at least an hour, if not more. Its a hot water bottle without the hassle!

Does exactly what you expect and need from this item. Looks lovely and cheerful too, lavender smell is great (I know it will fade) Generous size bag, drapes very well. Good quality product and I would recommend it. There are cheaper ones around but I wouldn't waste money on those.

This was a very good buy for my wife who suffers from neck and shoulder pain frequently. It was difficult to access a replacement wheat filled heat pack locally when hers split- so she found this via Amazon. Delivery was prompt and quality seems good. Very impressed all round.

Such a great product. Love it for work. Heat up in the microwave ( i don't have one at home so useless there) Smells lovely too unless of course someone has been heating up fish in the microwave so it can end up smelling like your co workers lunch time snack!!

Brought this for University on the cold nights. Retains heat well, love the quirky tartan outer. The smell could be off putting to some, I found it fine though, if you've had anything similar (grain filled) before you'll probably be familiar with the smell.

Having pulled a muscle in my back this became a real friend. So easy to put in the microwave for 1 minute then enjoy half an hour or more of warm comfort. I'm not keen on the smell of lavender but grew to love it by association with this pain relief.

Had one of these for years but donated my old one to the dog and bough a new one. Still the same years on, even smells the same. Nice to know that some things don't change. It works well, heats up in a couple of minutes and retains heat well.

Bought this for my cat, Eric, as he likes to be tucked up warm and I worried that he might puncture the more traditional "hot water" bottles with his claws. This is absolutely perfect for him and he doesn't mind sharing it with me.

I was expecting it a bit bigger but my fault for not reading the description properly. Very good comms from seller who called me to thell me that the colour I wanted wasn't available. Smells lovely and keeps warm for about 15 mns.

Having looked at lots of these, chose this one as it seemed better quality than most. Bought as a present for an elderly relative this unit seems to be everything we expected.Well filled and good quality cover - fingers crossed!
