Works really well for me, I have it for several months now and use it regularly.It stays dry, smell nice. I haven't tested it for cooling but definitely works well when you use it hot: you just put it in microwave for 2 minutes and just put in on your back, or shoulder...

Nice product, although the tag (the part with the instructions on) on the side is a nuisance as it's so large and rough that irritate the skin - older body wraps from Aroma has softer more cloth like tags.. You can just simply cut it off though.

Arrived on time and do what they are supposed to do. Pleasant fragrance. Outer fabric is good quality and very soft, much better than the fleece varieties that tend to get wet when heated. This stays dry.
