Before buying Boba wrap I spoke to my friends who bought it and all of them said that was the best thing happened to them. So I believed them and decided to give a go. At first I thought it's quite expensive for piece of material, but when I tried it I changed my mind! it is worth every penny!When I had second baby my firstborn was still using buggy and I didn't want to buy a new double one. So I have chosen Boba wrap.Boba wrap is made of high quality French terry material which contains 95% cotton and 5% spandex and it can support children up to 35Supports children up to 35 pounds and also babies who were born prematurely as there is no minimum weight requirement.

As mummies go I'm a bit of a sling addict and have a fair few in my cupboard. I have two children, the first is now five. When he was younger I opted for a moby wrap and later a mama sling and a baba sling. Both are ok, the sling is great for extra support when carrying an older baby in the hip carry but can become uncomfortable after a while due to all the weight being on one shoulder and the moby takes a while to get the tie right plus because there is no stretch in the fabric you have to get the fit just right before you put baby in. I found the colour on the fabric came off on my clothes too. I didn't get on with the baba sling at all.With baby number two (now five months)

This wrap is very comfortable to wear in terms of holding your baby securely and distributing the weight well, as long as it is tied tightly enough. The first time, my newborn drooped a bit low, but we sorted it out with a bit of adjustment. I am hoping to get more wear out of the wrap later on, but two factors have limited how useful it has been to me so far. Firstly, this wrap is very warm, which would be great in winter, but I have felt it was far too hot in the recent hot summer weather. When my baby has been happy in just a vest, or vest and sleep suit, during the day, the idea of wrapping him in 3 layers of thick warm material which hold him next to an adult's body heat is not such a winner,

Having tried this sling out via my local sling library I was keen to buy this for me and my baby.Being a preemie baby, this sling was perfect. It takes a bit of practice to put on but when you've got it on you can put your baby against your body for a lovely cuddle while you get on with doing things. My LO falls asleep when I put him in this and it's been great when he's been a bit windy or unsettled. I would recommend buying this if you've tried it first at a local sling library, and getting some advice about it first.It will fit anyone - both me or my husband can wear this comfortably.I opted for black because it was cheaper than the other colours at the time although admittedly I wish I had

When our daughter was born, originally we had a Mamas & Papas morph baby carrier. Bit of a nightmare, a real hassle to put on and not particularly comfortable for baby or parent.Around 9 or 10 months we heard about baby wraps, and wished we'd known about them sooner. They are a little complicated to put on, but actually easier than the morph. They are much more comfortable.The boba wrap is a stretchy fabric which I believe makes it more comfortable for lighter babies, however the heavier the child gets the more it starts to slip as you wear it. She still goes in it at 15 months (and over 11kg) every so often and it still works though.It's only really officially suitable for carrying with the baby in front of you,

I bought this at the request of my daughter-in-law as part of her Christmas gifts for 2015. Her baby wasn't due until March 2016. She tried the wrap prior to giving birth by using a teddy bear, just to get an idea of how to tie it. Baby was born on 16 March. Wrap used once, today, and it has torn!! Thankfully my little granddaughter had just been removed from it! I should mention that baby is only 6.6lbs!!It appears that I am now out of time to return it, but as the item is clearly faulty, surely there must be a way of obtaining a replacement? FURTHER TO THIS EARLIER E-MAIL - Must add that my daughter-in-law found an e-mail address for Boba UK. I contacted them and received an immediate response.

I used this for my daughter when she was newborn and she absolutely loved it.She felt really snug and secure in there and would sleep for hours.PROS:The material insured that my baby was warm even when we were outside in winter.It was so stretchy it was really comfortable for my daughter.It was very comfortable for me to wear.CONS:Easy but a total pain to put on! Virtually impossible if I was out of the house as it would be draping all over the floor in the process of putting on.Every time I used it I had to undress my daughter of her layers as it was so warm.It was quite bulky and barely fit in my changing bag.It was quite bulky to wear so I couldn’t just keep on under a jacket even if my

Absolutely love the Boba wrap... took me weeks of fails to get it right (which didn’t bode well with post partum anxiety), but eventually the lady at my local sling library showed me how to get baby in easily and it’s been easy ever since. Originally ordered one elsewhere and when visiting a friend with a very grumbly baby, gave my sling to her as he settled in immediately when I put him in it.... When I reordered from Amazon, it seemed slightly stretchier and sagged quicker... spoke to Boba and they assured me they hadn’t changed the material.... I started using a bit more tension when putting it on and haven’t had an issue since.My baby is so comfy in this wrap and often falls asleep....

Abs love this wrap, Essential for a clingy small baby though, mine slept in there and fed when tiny as it was hard to put her down in the early days.Edit after use with 2 kids I realise how much I'm in love with this sling.The bad points: it is hard to wrap at first but I promise it gets very easy with practise, watch the YouTube video and u get the hang of it. Cos if the style it's hard to whip on when already out as it drags it n the floor making the whole thing dirty. It's hard to swap carrier person for the baby if you get tired cos u have to take the baby out unwrap rewrap and replace the baby whilst out on a possibly dirty floor.Good points: very easy to chuck in the bottom of the pram or nappy bag for in case you need it if the baby becomes fussy whilst out,

Love my wrap. I bought this from my newborn daughter as I have an older child and needed my hands free for going out to toddler groups or helping her on her bike. This wrap is very long and a bit daunting but I got the hang of it quickly and she is super snug in there. I get lots of positive comments when out and about. I can comfortably carry her for about 1.5 hours and then it can get a little heavy and tiring (she is 4 months now). I also find that sometimes I have wrapped it too tightly or loosely, it just takes practice to get it right. However, I can guarantee within about 30 mins my daughter will be asleep it in, she is so cosy.

This wrap is literally the best £38 I've ever spent. It's very easy to get to grips with, you just need to spend a bit of time getting the 'fit' right (i.e. not too loose or tight). It's extremely comfortable and can be worn all day, you just pop baby in and out as needed. My baby loves the wrap and it's the only place he'll sleep in the day. I love it because I can carry him comfortably and still have my hands free to get on with stuff. It's brilliant for attachment and bonding and helps you to get to know your baby really well as he's so close.It can be easily put in the washing machine as needed and this hasn't had a detrimental impact on the elasticity.I was a bit worried that I would struggle to carry baby for long periods (he's a big baby)

I have used woven wraps and structured modern wraps and none are as comfortable as this one. Sleepy wrap has just the right amount of stretch and you can pre-tie it before you go out, popping the baby in once you get to your destination. The weight of your baby is even distributed across your shoulders and I can manage to walk for hours with this on and I am a puny 5 foot tall weakling! Although it is stretchy, the baby doesn't sag down if you tie it correctly; I recommend going to their website for tying instructions as it is done slightly differently from other stretchy wraps. You can also buy direct from the states and from ebay. It is really liberating not having to take a pram everywhere,

Fantastic baby carrier, well worth the money. Daddy and mummy really enjoy going out with their baby girl in the sleepy wrap and the baby is really happy too. The first time, the baby (3 week old) did not want to go in the sling but once in it she loved it. Now 4 month old, she still watches what's going on outside in the same position (hammock) and usually falls asleep after 10 min walk. The sling is very elastic and at the same time a very strong fabric. We simply enjoy it so much that we have not used our pram yet. Our baby is so cosy and warm in it, specially during the winter season, that we prefer carrying her with this sling and it's so convenient for shopping (no struggle to enter in a shop as compared to the pram).

This Boba wrap is a lifesaver for mums of infants who really don't want to start facing life without the security of being close to their mums. My daughter has recently discovered how vital a Boba wrap is to achieving a quiet baby together with getting back the use of her arms, as life has to continue despite the demands made on her by an anxious infant. It is of paramount importance to carefully read the instructions as to the correct way to tie the wrap and how it should Not be used, eg. no jogging or running which would shake the baby's head disastrously, or sleeping with the baby. After doing a lot of research into carriers / wraps I decided on the Boba wrap due to it's reviews and have been really pleased with it. My daughter was born premature and at 12 weeks old only weighs 6lb 7oz so the wrap worked well for her little frame. It does take a bit of practice and if you have a little one as small as mine you really have to ensure the material is wrapped tightly around your body as it's scary to go hands free when they're in there! I found I was initially arching my back as I wasn't confident but that soon faded! I didn find adding an additional knot at my waist before completing the final wrap around my waist and then tying another knot (this will be clear after reading the instructions!)
