Nice simple and easy to clean filter. Prefer this to the more expensive fancy chamber dtyle one we used to have as seens to clean the tabk faster and easier for us to remove and clean the main sponge element and motor on this one. Have had for around 4 -6 months now and works well. We have around 60 gallon tropical tank with a large pleco so can get murky quicklt but this one seems to handle his waste better!

Good compact aquarium filter. Variable flow ideal for smaller aquariums, excellent for my 200l tank, a little noisy possibly, but not any worse than a similar size but older fluval,so excellent value. Easy to clean,I use in conjunction with a biological filter and seems to be a good combination.

The filter is actually okay,but the pictures here are misleading. You actually get the super small version of the filter, which in my opinion does not provide enough surface area for biological filtration.

It's a great little filter and I like that the flow rate can be turned up or down to suit tank size and inhabitants . I wouldn't hesitate to buy another
