I didn't know I could enjoy a pan so much. I find myself looking for things to cook just so I could use this great little pan. The 8 inch pan is perfect for eggs, caramelized onions, sauces, vegetables, really anything you can think of. Perfect size when cooking for 2 people. I'm looking to buy a larger version for putting on my winter weight.To remove stuck on foods, simply fill the pan with some soapy water and let it sit for a while. You can also bring the soapy water to a boil before letting it sit. Discolouration or really stubborn stains respond well to Bar Keeper's Friend powder - restores the pan back to the "just of out the box" appearance.There are cheaper options out there,

Scrambles and fries eggs very well. Heat the pan first and use adequate butter or margarine and the pan will be practically non-stick or better. The eggs can be slid right out of the pan by tipping it. After cooking, run water in the pan and let it sit to make for easy cleaning. It's expensive but should last forever with proper use and care.

Very good pan, distributes heat very well. Hard to clean and leaves marks all over, looks like water marks or oxidation.... annoying to look at after you scrubs it down with a steel scrubby. This so the same with the 12” pan as it is with the 8” and the saucepan i bought- all of them All Clad and all from amazon.....

For one person this is an excellent size of frying pan. As always, All-Clad has very even heat distribution and so you can cook on a medium heat. The pan is small and light enough to flip items in the pan and it can be placed in the oven if necessary. After use, it cleans up very easily.

I wanted/needed an 8" pan to replace a non stick one and have been looking for a quality one for ages. I love this pan! I'm so happy to replace nonstick cookware and the only minor gripe is the price.... though what they say is true- you get what you pay for.

To be totally honest, I wasn't expecting much from it but this is something way better than what I thought it would be. No matter what you cook, it doesn't stick to the pan so it's really easy to clean it afterwards. Strongly recommended!

Not as good as Demyre better than all other brands truly professional grade. Copper core instead of aluminum would have made price easier to swallow.
