Being hard of hearing, and obviously not wearing my hearing aids to sleep at night, I was concerned I wouldn't hear the alarm go off. No problem there at all. I hear it every time.

My hearing isn't quite as good as it was and I needed an alarm that I could rely on and this one certainly wakes me up. Very pleased with it.

Does a good job ringing very loudly and is a decent size - not too small so that it gets lost. Good value for money.
