The almost perfect bag (the perfect one does not exist yet). I have a black one of these that has been around the world, used all day every day. It is practical, hardwearing and easy to carry. I can hike with it or take it into the boardroom, it always performs and never looks out of place. I now have a sandstone one because I am working in the desert in 40 degrees heat with sandstorms. My black one looked dusty in the sand. Two months ago I changed to this colour and two months later after daily abuse in the desert area it looks like new. My black one is in a cupboard for later.After two years extensive use of these bags would I change anything?

My Osprey Courier had seen almost 10 years of daily service and long commutes. It was time for another bag for my laptop and all other stuff I need to work flexibly at home and on the move. I'm ex military so I tend towards more rugged designs and after exhausting Ospreys current line I turned to 5.11. I have used their Tactical kit on and off over the years and valued their attention to detail across their product line. 4 months in I'm glad I purchased my Tactical Rush. It's a pretty eye catching bag, robust as hell with large folder pockets for a laptop and documents and stacks of other zipper and velcro pockets front and back to store all you'll need on the move.

My first Amazon review. I bought this bag primarily to carry things into work, in an office. It takes my tablet, iPod, headphones, loose change, paperwork, pens, tablet stylus, torch, banana, apple, small box of porridge, phone and tablet changer, power monkey, various cables, usb drives ... the list goes on. Being light in colour it makes it easier to locate things inside.The greatest thing I discovered about it, was when the fire sprinkler system went off, rained water down for 15 minutes, the office ceiling collapsed, brought all the cabling down, total devastation ... and sat on the desk in the middle of the office was my bag. I was amazed to find, when the power was switched off and I was finally allowed back in the office,

Awesome bag for work! I operate plant in construction. Everything I need for work fits inside this bag. Going from a construction site right into a meeting is as if this bag was designed to do this. I can even fit an umbrella (brolly for you Brits) inside it. Comfortable to lug about as well. Lots of pockets and organised space so you don’t clutter the bag. 5.11 had the genius hat on when they designed this. Bag looks cool too. Looks good with a suit too. Yea baby!

Have owned the bag for over a year. IT has served me well so far and still has years of life left in it. Standard wear and tear. Side mesh pockets have bobbled but does affect use. Great to use with a bike once the straps are adjusted correctly.

I have used this product in anger and it has stood up to the harsh environment deployed in sandy, hot conditions with little TLC. Excellent product delivered promptly and a good price. Overall an excellent experience all round.
