This is big - mighty big in fact. Worth doing your measurements before buying. 2 people can do separate cutting/chopping etc tasks simultaneously.It’s also heavy - I mean really heavy, so not useful to keep picking up and scraping things off unless you happen to be an Olympic weight lifter. But it is a thing of great beauty to sit permanently on a kitchen work surface or table. It has its own ‘feet’, so not for turning over for different tasks/presentation. It does not have grooves, which I initially thought was a downside (but buying a smaller board for carving meat with grooves answers that criticism - eg the Kitchen Craft ‘industrial’ butcher’s block, also highly recommended).This is a really solid,
