Happy with the purchase and managed to get it before Brexit. It is now unavailable. I did slow cooking/roast (sauerbraten) and outcome was very good. I like that the thermometer is removable and the silicone rim supports the lid, it does not jump or make any noise whilst cooking. Handles to get warm but ok to touch. Washed well in the dishwasher but I did put the lid there. I was initially concerned how the steam would escape as there is no steam holes on the lid, but have no issues with it.
