I have now had these bulbs for over a week. Initially I was sceptical of LED bulbs as I had tried some others when they were in their infancy about 6 years ago. I purchased four and I recall them being very expensive at the time. These were a very poor substitute for the conventional halogen type, the light was very dim and they failed almost as quick as the halogen type, some did not even last a year.I was looking to reduce my energy consumption and each halogen bulb at 50w per bulb seemed like a good place to start.On the evening the bulbs arrived I took one of my standard bulbs out and inserted one of these LED bulbs. I was really surprised how bright it was,

I've only had these bulbs for a short time, but I'm quite impressed withthe quality and brightness of them especially considering the fairly lowselling price.Obviously I can't comment on reliability until I've had them in use forsome time, but I'm very pleased with the results, so far.Update after seven months. Eight out of ten have failed completely. They may be cheap and effective, but life is poor as they've only been used in bathrooms with occasional use, probably not had much more than 100 to 200 hours on average before failure.Not at all impressed and will not buy again.Further update, after 12 months use. After nine failures I contacted the seller and explained my lamps high failure rate.

I recently replaced the 12 GU5.3 Halogen bulbs in my kitchen as their transformers were failing one after the other. I replaced them with GU10 LED bulb units. However the replacement units were dimer than the Halogens and the light had an orange tinge. After a couple of weeks I decided I couldn’t live with the orange tinge and decide to change them. The WhozzEco's spotlights got excellent reviews and were very cheep at £20 for a dozen (£1.67 each alleged 59% saving). They were also Energy Class A+++ (claimed to save £100 a year compared Halogens based on 6hrs a day use) and giving 400 Lumen for 5w power consumption. It all seemed to good to be true.

Our new smart electricity meter alerted us to the fact that our kitchen lights seemed to be using an awful lot of electricity. Also, I was tired of the bulbs constantly blowing! Some investigation revealed that our bulbs were of the halogen variety. This set me searching for a cheaper (to run) form of lighting but with no brightness penalty.The answer was the LED lamps that I purchased from Amazon.I am not exaggerating when I say that our kitchen is like a different room with the lights on in that it is considerably brighter than before but it is a very acceptable soft light rather than a glaring one.When the pack of lamps came I noted that I got two free bulbs and I understand that I am due two more when I submit a review!

I love the LED light bulbs! Thank you for getting them out on the market. I just ordered another box of 12.I got tired of changing the GU10 halogen light bulbs that had been there since we moved in to the flat we are currently renting, so I moved on to LED quite a while ago trying out different kinds of colour, manufacturer, etc., but were never really satisfied with the short lasting quality, how the light stung your eyes when you were lying down on a couch facing the ceiling, how gloomy the brightness turned out when I chose my favourite colour 'warm white'...I can see these light bulbs are very well considered. I like the fact they have a cover so the light would be milder,

I ordered your light bulbs back in August, but wanted to give them a good test before reviewing your product.What can I say, other than WOW.We were buying GU10 bulbs like their were going out of fashion. There wasn't a week that went by that there wasn't at least one bulb blown in the kitchen.And baring in mind, we have 10 bulbs in the kitchen ceiling, it was starting to cost too much.Then when I saw these, I decided to take a chance and replace them all. What did I really have to lose.So it's now been nearly 3 months. Not one blown bulb and they're still as bright as ever.And that's another thing I didn't mention, the light. So bright it was amazing. Not giving off that yellow glow that the halogen bulbs give off.

Just to let you know, your GU10's are quite different from what I have bought in the past. I very much like the defuser screen over the led's and the lights have a softer light, but at the same time giving exactly what I wanted, without being harsh on the eye. My mother has just come to live with us and we now need to leave the landing lights and others, on most of the day! so you can imagine what the cost would have been.Just one very minor observation and in no way a fault, but I found the white outer tricky to hold onto (perhaps i had dry hands) and in fact dropped one of your new lights onto a wooden floor from ceiling height,

These are quite possibly the best thing since sliced bread. I have a very large Farmhouse kitchen with extremely high ceilings and have been struggling with numerous halogen spotlights never giving enough light for years......let alone the cost. I am over the moon with the transformation these bulbs have achieved, they give off a clean, bright white light but don't glare and far brighter than the old school GU10. The light also has a lovely daylight feel to it, a very natural feel. I need a good source of light for my work and for the first time ever I can actually do some of my in the kitchen rather than a rather cold workshop,

I just replace all my kitchen bulbs with your GU10 LED'S.I do a lot of cooking so the lights are always on in here as it's quite a dark kitchen and Its always in the back of my mind about how much electricity I'm wasting.I've tried halogen and cheaper eBay LEDs on the past that have been terrible quality.I'm so impressed with these bulbs though. The kitchen is a lot brighter and I mean a lot!!I love the packaging too. It looks like a top quality product.I'll be back to buy more for the rest of the house shortly.The only slight downside was these bulbs were a bit bigger than the ones they replaced which made getting the spring clip back in a little more difficult but hopefully only something I

I've wanted to upgrade to LED bulbs for a while but haven't been able to justify the cost. When I saw the price of these bulbs (£13 for 12 bulbs) I thought I'd take a shot, I didn't have a huge amount to lose. My first impressions are very good firstly the packaging is good, sounds minor but it is the first impression, and the quality of the design, print and material is good. It's early days for the bulbs themselves, but again they appear to be constructed to a good quality, they give an excellent, bright, even spread of light. I don't think bulbs 3 times the price would be noticeably any different, my only concern is how long they will last, but I will have to wait for that one!

The bulbs arrived today - so a very rapid delivery considering that I placed the order over the Christmas and New Year break. The packaging is great - every bulb tightly and individually packed. I have so far replaced a set of 4 bulbs in an oldish multi-light fitting in a utility room - the fitting had a range of “traditional” (and hot) GU10s plus a few of the newer .. but bigger format long-life LED bulbs. The improvement was immediately noticeable .. instant full brightness, a much more comfortable and warm light, no ugly protruding bulbs and an overall much brighter light in the room. I have no idea how long they will last - fingers crossed that they will have a long reliable life.

Fitted 24 in a large room of a village hall on the 3rd April 2017Bulbs are well made and give superb illumination of the area. They are brighter than the 50 Watt bulbs they replaced which is astonishing considering they are only 5 watt.The spread of light from each bulb has a wide angle so there is no spot light effect, giving a uniform and pleasing warm aspect to the whole area.The diffused cover of the bulbs is a big plus because you don’t have the glaring effect given off by most GU10 LED bulbs.The big test of course is longevity and I will need to come back in the future to report on that aspect,

Have 16 lights in the kitchen that had started to fail after 4 years or so; figured they might all end up going at similar times so looked for replacements. These were as close as I could get in terms of light colour, angle, power etc. at a sensible price, so took the plunge.Arrived today and they are excellent - ever so slightly different in the angle of light throw, but with some careful management of which bulb goes where you can't tell that we have two different manufactures bulbs in use and will eventually move over to these as the long term bulb.Great value for money compared to what I would had to pay to replace with the same bulbs we originally used - these work out at around just 20%

Having had a smart meter fitted three weeks ago I suddenly realised the amount of electricity my kitchen ceiling lights using six gu10 halogen bulbs were using.Having taken advice from British Gas engineer that I should replace them with gu10 led bulbs Asaph I immediately ordered a ten pack from Amazon they were delivered within 24 hours.I fitted them straight away and was astounded by the readings showing on my smart meter.Judging by the readings on my smart meter I will save a fortune on my electricity bill per annum I would strongly advised anybody using halogen bulbs to change them straight away. Also the cost for 12 bulbs was very reasonable at £12 ish excluding delivery.

We honestly can't believe what a difference these bulbs have made! We fitted LED bulbs about 5 years ago in our house. We've been letting it out while we were abroad and moved back in a couple of weeks' ago. I found our kitchen really dark and started asking my husband whether we could install some lights under cabinets so that I could see properly (always good when there are sharp knives!!). Before doing this we decided to install these bulbs in our existing fittings - oh my goodness, what a difference!! It's like we have a new kitchen! We definitely don't need any extra lights now. The colour of the light is also much more natural.
