This hard drive was easy to fit, bios recognised it with no problems. I am happy with speed. All I had to do was to delete existing partitions and install on the full volume. Used a USB version of windows 10 with tools direct from Microsoft.

Purchased and installed various HGST hard drives into laptops over the years. While not as fast or efficent as the new wave of SSD they do offer a reliable and good value alternative.

What more can I say? It is reliable, fast enough for me, quiet and remarkable cheap. The third such HDD I have bought on Ebay, and am completely satisfied.

Laptop had broken, and needed a new hard drive, this was one of the cheapest I found (which had good reviews), exactly like advertised. Would use again.
