I always get Wera or Wiha scredrivers if I canOnly if I can get a good deal on them thoughAs they are ridiculously expensiveBritish tools were at least the equal of GermanUntil the late 70s greedy businesses and Thatchers government shut them all and moved them to ChinaEven subsidising them to close factories, unbelievably. Now almost all of them don't exist anymore as people wouldn't buy 3rd rate badly made Chinese made "British" toolsAnd bought German instead which is why the Germans wouldn't follow Thatchers spite and idiocy destroying their own manufacturing baseWhich is why even the few tool makers still around UK get their stuff made in Germany

Screws stuck in back of a £1500 laptop in need of repair. My enthusiastic teenager doing DIY electronics on his PC had used a cheap Chinese multi-item repair kit's T5 had and it had shredded both its own tip and the screw heads. I bought one of these single, expensive, probably-German Wera screwdrivers and also some RS components freeze spray to shrink the screw in the socket. The 3 previously stuck and near stripped screws came out easily and immediately. You get what you pay for. I unreservedly recommend both this screwdriver and the freeze spray for stuck laptop screws. Don't strip what remains of the head off - stop, be patient and get this kit instead.

I bought this because I used a Hilka tx5 screwdriver in an attempt to remove the back of the case of my Garmin sat nav. It managed to undo two screws before the head stripped. I assume that it was made of an alloy of steel and either chocolate, or cheese. It was worse than useless.I have other Wera tools and have been impressed with their quality and longevity. Therefore I was prompted to purchase this particular Wera screwdriver. It did the job of removing the screws and feels as though it will go on removing tough screws for years. It is comfortable to use and well-designed.Value for money is not at all bad for a tool of this quality.

Can't really beat the quality of Wera tools, these are lovely, fit snug with crafted tips. I even spent £40 plus on a ratchet Wera multi bit screwdriver to recently build a computer, glad I did, the saying is true, you are as good as the tools you use. Proper quality tools give you confidence and high success rate in what you do and this little hex screwdriver is a welcome addition to my Wera tool range. Using for coil building in my Aromarizer V2 Supreme and it fits grub screws perfectly.tj

Absolutely fabulous bit of kit! Needed to get 2 mm tight hex screws out without using a vice-grip. These little so and so's (they are the screws that hold the brake pads into the shoes of the brakes of my road bike) usually destroy the hex wrench before they come out - even decent tools. But this little guy shifted them, end of, still fit for another adventure. It's easy to get a good 6 or 8 mm hex wrench, the little ones are the true test of quality, and these passed with flying colours.

Good quality and reasonable price. Purchased a set of 6 but I didn't realise it never had a smaller size t6 that I needed so I found one seperate. Also they have the t5 available seperate which seems to be the smallest size they do in a screwdriver unless you buy a torx bit.Prices can be a bit high or low such as one costing £2.90 and a another size costing a lot more.I have no problems with the metal tips on these and seem to be of a good quality. You can't really go wrong with these.

High quality screwdriver in a size I didn't know I needed until I needed it.Most of my tools are 1/4"sq drv and I've built up a good range of sizes buying individually, there are a lot of sizes in the sets that I'd never use so it makes sense to buy the best you can afford of the ones you will use.I will be buying more screwdriver type torx, hex, etc in T, metric and impereial sizes and this brand has impressed me with the fit and quality feel.

I always purchase these when I need a new screwdriver for a product. Either usually torx or hex and slotted and Phillips. This time I needed a 1.5mm hex driver and although it works the main blade is too thick to fit all the way into the hole that holds the hex bolt. Not really the products fault though... (also purchased some long 1.5mm Bohndus hex keys which should fit better.)

Wow... what a briliant precision screwdriver. I used this one to resize watch bracelet and it's very competent in operating on tiny screws. It was a sheer pleauring using this tool because it's solid, lightweight, and ergonomically friendly. It was even better that I could only order one screwdriver that fits my needs, and it arrived on the next day! Bravo to Wera and Amazon.

After buying well known brand on e bay and finding tip of screwdriver rounding off after 2 dozen screws. I complained and received a replacement that rounded off after 6 screws. I was not happy.?. So I DID SOME RESEARCH. Wera kraftform hex screwdriver worksperfectly. No more rounded screws after after 100 of uses. I love tools that work. BUY IT. 5 STARS PLUS.

I’m a big fan Wera kit and this precision screwdriver is no exception. Well made, good swivel on the handle, and (I’m not 100% sure on this) a hardened head. Easy to magnetise (I use the Wera magnetiser) if you want too.TX 3 screws are used on the old Polaroid SX-70 cameras (1970s production) so this is an absolute must for the Polaroid enthusiast.

Arrived early. Quality product. Unscrews torx 5 screws !!Comfortable to use. Magnetic tip which is a must when you don't want to lose screws because they are so small. You especially don't want to drop them inside the workings of say (in my case) a laptop :bAlso before i go on my merry way..did I mention it also screws t5's back in again !!!

Bought this individually as I needed this specific (very small size) and while some of the other cheap multi-packs on here looked good value, their durability was likened to rubber. This however was all good - used to disassemble and re-assemble a laptop, and still in pristine condition. It's a thumbs up from me.

I bought this along with some other tools to complete an SSD upgrade on my Macbook Air. I would always choose Wera where possible as they are tools that you can rely on, solid German engineering. I wish their kit wasn't so expensive, but I suppose that you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Bought this as an alternative to a traditional 'L'-shaped allen key for a radio antenna. I wanted something that would be easy to use, easy to find, and that would not put too much strain on the screws in question. For about £2.50 (delivered), this item is simply perfect. That is all.
