I've bought two of these (one via Amazon, though they seem to have forgotten that!). I bought the second one because the first one went missing with my luggage on an Easyjet flight, and I missed it enormously. This is an ideal way of carrying a lot of VDE tools in a small, lightweight, manner. The screwdriver tips are very high qualty and I have not damaged any yet. Only one of the insulating sleeves is showing signs of wear after 2 years.I have also bought some of the spare bits (such as the 05003415001 Robertson (square) bit) but again had to leave Amazon to find them. The 'contactor' blades with a combination of pozi and slotted heads look like a gimmick, but they work fantastically well, and allow really tight screws to be undone with ease. The Pozi and Phillips heads are both the correct profile for their respective tools, a very good fit indeed.I like having the panel keys in the kit, but the bi-wing one (05003463001) has a conical support behind the wings, and that stops it working on recessed locks. I have stuck it in the lathe and turned it off, and so far the key has not broken. Spares are availble, but not through Amazon. Here's and idea, mr Wera. Why not put 20% spare space in your velcro pouches? so I can keep other tips in there? The velcro closure picks up dust and wood shavings too easily, but I keep it clean with a stiff brush.

I have a bit of a crush for Wera stuff. I recieved some vouchers from my old employer when I left. I spent it on these (ironic as I could have done with these in that job!)As usual with Wera they just look nice - it's all well presented and the pouch keeps them all safe. I've used it a lot and the elastic is still tight. The handle has rubber strips in which allows you to get good grip on things. The best part has to be the blades that are designed for use in multi-head screws - as used on circuit breakers and many modern electronics, designed to take either a large flathead or a pozi head. Anyone who works with electrics will know that these can be a nightmare as the flat head normally slips out and the pozi rounds off due to the shape of it.Wera provide a set of pozi's in here that have one wider blade. I can finally get stuff tight without risk.Only taken a star off because the neon screwdriver blade broke ridiculously quickly in here, as did my friends. Not that these should be used anyway...

Having moved into a flat, I needed to reduce the spaced taken up by my current collection of tool boxes.Having one handle for multiple screwdriver blades would be a good start, but I have tried various other makes in the past and they tended to be cheaply made with loosely fitting blades. This VDE set from Wera is an example of how it SHOULD be done.Superb quality, fast and easy insertion and removal of blades from the handle ---- with solid, secure fit that doesn't wobble about like cheaper makes.A standard range of Phillips, Pozi-drive, PlusMinus, Bladed and Cabinet-opening attachments, and a mains voltage tester. All I need for most jobs. The nylon case is superbly crafted, compact and tough. It has a generous belt loop, and a secure velcro fastening for quick access. I can't imagine anything accidentally falling out of this case.As you can guess, I can't fault this product.Pricey --- but a professional tool set, and in my view worth the money.Standard delivery was fast too.

As an electricial maintenance man I have always used "normal" screwdrivers in the past but since buying this they have been relegated to spares now.Being able to change the blade is much easier than try to find the right driver in the bottom of your tool kit!! The supplied pouch keeps the set together nicely and makes selecting the right blade very simple! The product is made to an extremely high standard as expected from WERA, having been using this set for a period time now I have not found anything negative to say about the set as a whole, But as an electrician I have haven't used the power indicator screwdriver as I have a proper tester for checking "dead" on circuits.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who use is still using the traditional type of screwdrivers, you won't be disappointed and amazed at how much easier they are to use!

The Bad -The spring movement play in the handle release mechanism takes a while to get use toThe handle can be a little small for the larger screwdriver bladesAs any decent electrician knows, throw the neon screwdriver straight into the bin and buy a proper voltage testerReally worth buying a second handleThe Good -Well priced kit with a good variety of bladesLots of spare / additional blades are available from Farnell Element 14, including the iS slim fit rangeA second handle fits nicely in place of the now binned neon screwdriver (got from amazon)Although this specific kit doesn’t include the iS slim fit blades, the insulation on the blades is quite slim anyway (but won’t go into the smaller size klippon connectors in most HVAC panels)The elastic blade holders hold the blades really well in place

Wera, what more should I say?I have been using these for the past four months, at first I was unsure whether to purchase as they are a little expensive but they replace 17 screwdrivers in my tool bag and I have never left one behind which I was forever doing when using individual screwdrivers so they have almost paid for themselves if I take into account the cost of replacements. They are good to use, having a quality feel, able to take a lot of torque and the handle is easy to grip and comfortable.I have had lots of favourable comments from other people, I should have bought these years ago.Update - After leaving them on site they got nicked, bought another set.I hope the thief enjoys them as much as I did.

Great set and the addition of the cabinet keys is brilliant. The handle has the wera feel but is a bit small the fabric case is nice with the design but the small velcro section isn't as big as it should be to attach it to the wera 2go bag it flaps about a bit and has fallen off once or twice so I'm always a bit worried when I'm walking from the van to the job. The mains tester is a bit of a waste of time but dose work ok, another handle would of been a better feature. I really like the set and so dose anyone who see's it or borrows it.

Absolutely brilliant set of Wera screwdrivers. The fact that you can remove the handle from all these screwdrivers is exceptionally handy because they are a huge space saver. When it comes down to it you have everything you need here from Hex Keys, to 4 different lock keys and also a voltage tester. These screwdrivers are simple to use (as is any) long lasting and they're just purely brilliant. I would recommend these to anyone because they are indeed underpriced for such amazing quality.

The screwdriver set is amazing would defiantly purchase if looking for a good quality. I use mine on a daily basis as an installation Electrician. I am slightly disappointed with how long they have lasted and the way the tip has snapped on two drivers, one being a terminal and one being a plus minus driver (shown in picture).I couldn't fault Wera on packaging and quality of product out of the box just disappointed on the life span.

I've been upgrading my toolbags for a while now, getting rid of all those cheap and nasty tools i've bought over the years and guess what? Wera keep getting the nod. This is one of many Wera tools iv'e bought over the last 18 months and its getting to the point im going to need to put a padlock on my bags! They are that good, right up there with snap-on, which is saying something. And that is enough said!

I'd seen a few people with this kit and decided to take the plunge and buy one, I'm a mobile controls engineer and travel from job to job with a rucksack of kit, I try to keep the weight down and this kit means I don't have to carry any other screwdrivers.I've been using them now for about a month and they work perfectly, several work colleges have bought a set as well after seeing mine.

I've had these now for probably 3 years. So far I've only lost one piece which was due to working in some long grass, very sturdy and have lasted longer than my Bahco sets which I've been very loyal to. Done a lot of Periodic condition reports on houses and these are very useful in this situation as they have the correct head for MCB's and handy keys for external boxes.

Very impressed. They are of a good quality. For small to medium size jobs this set is just the ticket. Not having carry a big tool bag about is a God send. If you are having to work in small areas such as lofts or just carrying out minor tasks. Everything is too hand. A few of the other Electricians I work with have also bought this product.

When you are up a ladder / tower / platform or in a roofspace these are a fantastic job as they are easy to carry in your pocket and save you for having to go back and forth back and forth up & down to your tool bag / box for a different driver. They are great quality too and VDE rated.Would recommend to all professional sparks.

Originally had a set of these at work and liked them so much i treat myself to a set at home. When doing any electrical work its great to have any size you need all in one small pouch, they heads are quick and easy to change and high quality. No excuse to be using the wrong size or carry a toolbox full of screw drivers around
