My previous Tucano WO was great (from about 2014)... but this one is not... first the strap holder broke (I had it fixed at my expense from local seamstress). But not even 18 months in, both the zippers have broken... so far I've had no joy from Tucano's customer service... a real disappointment since the bag itself is great looking and, as said, I really enjoyed the previous WO (changed it for this new blue colour from the black original I had).

I am really annoyed with the fact the bags zip is not efficient. its got a faulty zip and missing a strap. never buy again.
