This mobile was bought to replace her previous phone whos battery kept running out!She initially found it strange as it was a different colour and lighter than her old model. However after a few days she was answering it promptly and was more able to hear and be heard when we called her. A vital part of staying in contact with an elderly relative in a care home. Would recommend it as good value for money we have yet to see how long the battery stays charged for! So far so very good.

Not used this personally but ordered it for an elderly gentleman who has said it is ideal for him.. the buttons are large for a mobile, he can hear the the phone ringing and what the caller is saying. So he is very pleased. The charger stand is a bonus as he doesn’t have difficulty getting the charger cable into the phone when it needs recharging. He can leave it plugged into the stand and control it from his wall socket

Great little phone, Easy to use, I have Parkinson's and find it easy to operate its just what you want in a phone.It's main feature being the large easy to press buttons, fantastic for sending text's and making calls plus it has Bluetooth and hidden extras like a calculator, FM Radio, Calendar and a Torch. it comes with an easy charge docking station and is well worth the money.

I bought this phone for my Dad who has just recently suffered a stroke. It's Ideal with the large numbers to operate and the many features it has built in. Dad finds this phone no problem to operate as to the touch screen phone he had. I would advise anybody to buy the phone as you will not be disappointed with it. Also there is a FM Radio built in and a bonus of a Torch.

My mom loves it, because she needed a plain phone with no frills. You need to make sure to buy an appropriate sim card for it. The delivery service was as promised. I reviewed the phone before buying it and it highly recommended for people of mature years because it has larger buttons. I programmed the numbers for my mom. Instructions booklet is a bit small

An uncomplicated phone bought for an aged and competent friend with limited usage of one hand to use. It has proved a valuable purchase. Obviously the full range of facilities are not used even though they are available. Excellent value for money.

bought this for my 86 year old parent with poor eye sight. Managing with the phone very well and able to crge it with no problem would recommend to anyone who wishes to buy mobile for elderly person

This is a brilliant phone if you are buying for someone elderly or with reduced ability. The way it calls out numbers when pushed and the cradle for charging and great features.I'd recommend this.

Ñice mobile phpone and i'm happy. The item is gorgeous beautiful and has a good features so it's easy to use has a big button number and everything is ok
