I bought this as my second smartphone after my Nokia 2 ran out of storage and the battery broke after about 9 months. The fingerprint works with a little tap and the facial recognition signs me in in a heartbeat. The ultra-wide camera takes great landscape shots and the main camera is super clear and will take great portraits close ups and a plethora of other genres. The flashlight can go from dim to incredibly bright and the all screen design is beautiful. The dual sim slot is great as I can put in a storage card to get even more space for the great cameras. It is very up to date and super light and thin. People get jealous about the cameras, screen size and the gorgeous midnight blue back.

For me, this is a lovely phone. It looks nice (mine is a dark shiny blue) - has a long lasting battery, which charges fast - a good size, not too big and not too small - bright clear screen that fills all available space - finger print and facial recognition security - good camera - and, a real bonus, it takes two sim cards to allow access to two different network providers. Everything about the phone works well. Transferring data from my previous phone was easy and rapid with the smartswitch function. There are Samsung apps as well as the usual google/android ones. My only slight criticism is that the little plastic holder for the two sim cards and the micro-SD card (fits in the side of the phone)

I have always wanted a Samsung but they have always been outside the price range I am willing to pay for a phone. Now at last they make budget phones and I am really enjoying using this A20e. I find it sleek and slender, so easy to hold if you do not have large hands. The screen is clear and I find using the phone is smooth and lagless. The phone looks far more expensive than what it is. With 32 GB memory I find no need for an SD card. On top of all this the battery life is very good, and when the phone does need charging the fast charger means you are not without a phone when you need it.The fingerprint recognition is the only "twitchy" bit.

I bought this phone to replace my old Nexus 6P.I didn't want to spend a fortune on a new phone as it would be wasted on me. I have to say that the Samsung A20e is an excellent phone for the money. It will do everything I need it to do. The screen is brilliant. It is large, very clear and crisp. The colours are amazing. The camera's are fine for my needs.It is fast enough for most people and has a large enough memory too.Why you would want to spend a stack of cash when this phone is on the market I don't understand.It comes loaded with many Samsung apps and, of course, you can use Google apps too.I have both Samsung and Google and to transition between them is a doddle.

After surviving without a phone for a short while, I chose this brand new model because of the high quality screen and appealing colour that attracts you first hand, and also because of the affordable price that is very reasonable for the type of model you receive. It comes with a fantastic range of easily accessible apps and all the essentials for your day to day tasks such as Samsung notes, alarm clock and calender. My favourite aspect would be the eye opening quality of the camera, that produces some amazing photographs for you to store on your phone and also to create stories with them for those special memories you capture on screen.

I downgraded to the A20e from a Note 10+ having been given an A20e as a work phone. It's an incredible little phone boasting big feature for a cheap phone such as NFC to pay using Samsung Pay and also face unlocking. The fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone is much more responsive than the ultrasonic version on the note and the S series. Face unlocking also much quicker. The A20e has a bigger screen than the iphone SE and also boasts dual rear cameras at higher resolution. It also unbelievably has live focus on camera so I can still do my Facebook 3D photos. So chuffed with it.

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and now I am in love with it. I used to have Y6 2017 and I dropped it into the toilet by accident. I think it was a good thing to drop it into the toilet because I needed an upgrade anyways. I love the design and that glossy finish on the back is amazing. I love Samsung's new glasstic. The phone fits comfortable in my hands, not too big or too small. It runs okay. Camera quality is pretty good. Performance is great. The phone has plenty of storage and you can upgrade to 512GB. Overall this phone is excellent and I would definitely recommend this.

I have been using budget Samsung Galaxy phones for years now and nothing comes close to what have been holding in my hand for the past month!The processor is crazy fast and the performance is super smooth, the dual cameras are amazing, the screen (although it's LCD) is fantastic,the fingerprint and facial recognition sensors both work brilliantly I couldn't ask for more !Also USB Type-C, NFC and a headphone jack (Apple, Pay Attention) for this price is brilliant.You guys nailed it with the A series and I already know that it's just gonna get better!#DoWhatYouCant

I bought this phone 10 days ago, and I'm really happy and satisfied with it. I always used Samsung, then I changed to iPhone, but having used the two brands over the years, I can honestly say that Samsung, especially this phone, the A20e, is much better by far than iPhone, so now I'm staying with Samsung. This phone has amazing features, much more exciting than iPhone, and I had iPhone 7. There's lots and lots of wallpapers and themes, light and dark mode, it's fast and smooth, I love it, and I would definitely recommend the Samsung A20e. I can't fault it and love using it.

Fab phone. I was looking for the smallest & most up to date one I could find. This is great. A tiny bit bigger than my old z3 compact, but still fits in my jeans pocket. I was worried I wouldn't be able to work it very well being I'd had Sony xperia phones for ages. But it's very user friendly. Glad I bought a refurbished one. Absolutely no difference from a new one & saved me money. I'm 30, and my mum has just got the same one. She's 65. Great camera, great battery life, fab screen and easy to work settings. Haven't found anything I dislike about it.

I went from a galaxy s7 edge to the A20 e and there are different placements of buttons and charger needed but features are very much the same. No physical home button (bigger screen A20) so finger print is on the back not sure if thats a good idea or not due to how many backs get damage. But i am liking the look and the change has been easy to adjust the blue version I have is a eye catching shade. Due to both phones being Samsung transfer of data was straight forward. A good device to keep you up to date.

The Samsung A20e is a reasonably priced phone with many useful features. I bought this phone to replace my old Samsung phone. It was very easy to set up and easy to transfer all my saved data to the new phone using Samsung's Smartswitch App. Has a slim design, but a phone case and screen protector are recommended to prevent any damage. The phone charger and earphone are included in the box, and an SD card is available to extend its 32 Gb memory. A good buy and I am quite happy with the product.

I was looking for a more cost effective phone to buy outright as I have a pay monthly sim deal and did not want a phone on contract. For the money, this phone is superb! Yes the flagship Galaxy models have better cameras and slightly faster processors but for everyday use you would be hard pushed to tell the difference. The battery life is excellent. The phone can hold two sim cards and a micro SD card meaning storage is not a problem. Overall I am very pleased with the Samsung Galaxy A20e.

I am a 60 year old non-tech lady but am finding this phone very easy to use and enjoying the improvements over my last good, but fairly basic Samsung phone. On my last phone I was always making typing errors (even though a qualified typist) but now I dont make any for some reason. Must be the bigger screen and fact there is a tapping sound when you type. Also I love the wider choice of emojis and of course, the fact that the internet is so much faster and I have space to add more photos.

So I brought this phone after still using my old iphone 5! I'm the kind of person if it's not broken why replace it.. BUT I was talked into buying this phone and I wasnt disappointed! Battery lasts me 2days! With full use, music, YouTube, social media ect my old iphone lasted half a day!! I couldn't be happier with finger print tech it works better then my iPhone also, I have no faults in this phone at all.. I was a little annoyed that the specs advertised are not correct but still happy
