For my body shape I've never been able to find a chair that works well. The consequences of which are neck/shoulder pain having worked in IT for 15 years.Since practicing active sitting using this ball cushion my back and neck issues are much more manageable. I now use one at home as well as at work.One caveat to mention: this won't GUARANTEE better posture! You have to do your bit by sitting correctly. I didn't realise this at first and was still sitting in a less-than-upright position which meant the back and neck pain returned in a slightly different form, having initially gone when I started using the ball cushion.Best advice is to have someone assess your posture while you're sitting on the cushion to ensure you give yourself the best chance of it working well.

I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to write about this cushion. I tore a ligament in my lower back on new years day and it hasn't been right since. Until now!! Went for physio last week and she recommended the Togu cushion. What am amazing, yet simple thing it is. I take it to work, in the car and use at home and I've noticed a major improvement since using it. Basically, if you suffer with back pain, get one of these because you'll never regret it. Absolutely superb!!!

A good wobble, but if you have done a lot of Pilates and excellent abs, some of the exercises are easy. I've sat on it all day and it makes swimming easier as my back is more flexible my the spine is moving more often. That said, the senso part can leave a temporary inprint on some clothes, so don't put your best dress on and sit on it for a long term before going somewhere nice!

Had one of these now for several months and it really does make a difference to improved core strength in the lower back - especially if you do some of the exercises with it as well as just using it to sit on at the desk. Simple solution for sufferers of back pain. Place it on the chair and use it in the office or around the home - promotes good posture and helps restore muscle loss resulting from prolapsed discs and other associated back problems. Exactly as advertised and described except that I did not receive an exercise poster. Recommended to buy such a cushion by physio and this is ideal. A good way to exercise spine and back while sitting too long at the computer!

Well made. Worth buying the cover as cooler to use in heatwave. Very effective. This is same model as used by my hospital physio. At first I felt unsafe but using it on a dining chair with arms solved this.

My second. Got one on each floor now! Would recommend as flexible back cushion for office or any chair. Not too much tension in them and the soft rounded nodules makes them comfortable

German made, expect quality and this delivers. bought it before the new rules of EU delivery so didn't have to pay any extra for delivery or release. would recommend.
