I bought this product after a lumbar microdisectomy and after having tried various back wedges and finding them too low or too soft.The benefit of this product is that because it is inflatable you can adjust it's height. I am quite tall and most wedges were not high enough for me. By regulating the air in the cushion you can also regulate its 'wobbliness'.I have now bought one for the home and for the office and find it does wonders for my sense of comfort and allows me to sit for longer periods of time. Initially it does take getting used to the wobble, but now I realize that the fact that I wobble in the chair means that my back muscles do not tense up and freeze into a painful position and

This is comfortable (though you do have to get used to it) and helps train core muscles. Harder work balancing in a car - more intensive muscle training as you shift more when the car turns. I was prompted to buy this when I strained a muscle in my lower back and was having trouble with pain and discomfort. This really helped me adopt out a posture which was more comfortable than anything else I had tried, and the next time I pulled the same area (through hours of hemming curtains, now thankfully done with) I had fewer problems and a shorter recovery time.I haven't tried the exercises included yet but have used it as a cushion, footrest and backrest at home and work.Thoroughly recommended.

I found this Wedge Ball to be ideal for sitting in the car, at home in my armchair and at the office, I have an SI joint problem which caused discomfort when sitting on my Posterior and the bone or muscle becomes very sore after about 15 to 30 minutes from sitting, but with this cushion I am able to sit for 2-3 hours with less discomfort. I was not sure at first if this would be suitable for me so I only brought the one and have taken it with me everywhere so I am definitely going to buy another to leave at the office. Well worth the 5 stars.

As I have a very painful back, I thought I would give this product a try, and am I glad I did. I use it mainly when using the computer, and find I can work for as long as I like, without having to get up after a short time to walk around to ease my back. It has made all the difference to me. I am thinking of taking it with me when I go out to a cafe or restaurant, as the chairs are usually so hard, and I am sure it will be helpful in that setting, too.

This is the second of these cushions that I am purchasing. The first lives on my office chair, and so I wanted another to travel with - to meetings, on business trips, to the cinema etc. The colour is lighter than in the photo - perhaps more of a deep cherry red. A great advantage of these wedge cushions is that they are inflatable - and therefore, deflatable which makes them ideal for travelling.

With two bulging discs, I have trouble sitting on a chair or driving. My work bought one for me and it's amazing and have no pain sitting at all. Also, great for the core and I'm sure it's why my Personal Trainer says my core is rock solid. Doesn't work as well in the car mind, but just my preference. Defintely recommend for a chair and any back issues.

I bought these for my office following a recommendation from a specialist physio at the hospital for lower back pain. It acts just like a Swiss ball so you keep a good posture when seated.So far so good in terms of no more pain when I am at the office.

I was happy with my purchase. The cushion is comfortable and I use it at work on a daily basis. It is better than a static cusion as keeps you moving and can exercise as you work. Overall very pleased and think it is worth the money.

The dark red is not dark red......like advertised, it is more a vibrant pink/red.......anyway I had it swapped for the black as the product is fantastic. Just what I needed for my back when I sit on the floor to play my instrument.

Better than I could have possibly imagines. It has been highly instrumental in enabling me to sit for periods of time whilst I have had enormous problems in my lower back, which have lasted for a month.

I have found this cushion helps me to keep the correct posture whilst sitting at my desk. At first I felt a little uncomfortable but now sitting correctly is easy.
