It took me a while to get used to this pan and I am finding the main point for me is that I don't need my heat so high now, therefore saving energy. I was a bit surprised and worried that the pan felt very light compared to my old one, but the pan heats up pretty fast, and after a few weeks of daily use (with only silicon tools & hand washing which is super easy) it is showing no scratches or signs of wear.I am cooking with virtually no fat now and I am surprised every time how well my food is coming out. I have cooked meat, fish, vegetables, sauces and omelettes all without any added fat and all have come out perfectly, and in some cases I would say better.

I was a bit reluctant to fork that amount of money for a pan that only had vine reviews, but I went by the brand name. Tefal is an excellent quality brand.I got the 33cm square pan/pot hybrid.The size is perfect to be used as a pot too cook for 3-4 people, the steamer is great too. As a frying pan, due to high walls is great as you avoid splashing.I was risky and used metal utensils , tefal claims this pans don’t get scratched....I wasn’t brutal with it obviously, but no scratches. It feels very durable , very qualitative and strong.I haven’t used it in the oven, but I wouldn’t be scared to do so.It cleans easily!...hand wash it, don’t use a dishwasher it’s not worth the space it will take on your dishwasher.

I bought the 24cm pan to use for omelettes and sauté, after realising my other sauté pan was just too large. The quality and robustness of this coating feels much more advanced, compared to my 12 year old Tefal wok and other 32cm pan. This particular pan makes the perfect omelettes every time, using only a small spray of oil (that's optional and not really needed). It's very lightweight and makes it easy to toss your food in (great for pancakes) . I just want to be clear about how you should use abd clean these pans - Never, and I mean never, clean these pans straight from the hob. Always allow them to cool first. Wipe the pan clean with a cloth, not a scourer. Personally,

I use my frying pan every day, sometimes twice. It gets a hammering and I find that they lose their non-stick after time. I'm constantly replacing them. First the eggs stop running around the pan when tilted and then gunge starts to build up and stick on the surface whenever its used, until finally its so unusable that I have to buy a new one. One year max for this process. This frying pan is absolutely amazing. Although mine turned up with a dent and that seems to be a popular complaint, dont give up, just order another one, as this pan is just unbeatable. You can use metal tools in it, as they claim and mine is about 7 weeks old now and the eggs are still sliding when the pan is tilted,

A well made, decent quality frying pan. Time will tell how well the coating will last (in my experience, despite following all the guidelines and hand washing only, they all fail eventually). The pan is relatively light and heats up quickly, though the trade off to this is that the base is relatively thin compared to more premium pans (e.g. Circulon), not having the same sandwich base constructive that holds heat better. Cleans well, as you'd expect, and it's possible to use in the oven. Quite expensive for what it is, compared to some other brands with similar claims or performance, but then you pay for the Tefal name and hopefully the confidence it brings. Overall, would recommend as an everyday pan,

I've spent a fortune in the past on so called lifetime guarantee non-stick surfaces that as soon as you look at them get marked and scratched and then you find your food stuck to the bottom of the pan.This is a value for money, good sized and easy to clean pan. Do remember that this is not the pan you put on full heat and leave to get red hot and then through in your steak to cook to perfection. Heat should be on medium, it's a saute pan for sausages, burger, chicken breast, fish etc. Use a heavier pan for the times when you want to abuse it!I do not place in dishwasher as I do not want it to taint the surface. This pan is easy to clean, quick splash of washing up liquid and a wipe with a 'non-stick'

For the past 10 days my familyHave been using the tefal titanium frying pan, it is a lovely frying pan, we haven’t needed to use oil at all so we are healthy frying, we have been using it at least once a day, we had the 24inch pan and it held 4 rasher of bacon easily. It was quite heavy compared to other pans we have used in the past but if you use both hands to lift (like my 11 year old did) then you will be fine. Our only problem we found was our utensils we used when cooking have slightly scratched the surface but so far it hasn’t affected the cooking. But overall it is a great little pan and well worth buying,

I donated my other frying pans and my wok after using this pan a few times, and I definitely do not regret that decision. It’s perfect for pretty much any meal I’m making, and as I live in a studio flat in a campus setting, it’s space-saving to only need one pan. I wish it came with a lid, as finding the perfect one was a bit dicey, but otherwise, I find it to be one of the best pans I’ve purchased. As noted by some other buyers, it seems to be slightly raised in the middle (you wouldn’t notice it from looking at the pan, but if you break an egg in the middle, it slides off to the side). When I’m making one-pot dishes, which is mostly what I cook, it doesn’t bother me,

This pan does exactly what it claims to. The Tefal Logo in the centre of the pan shows you exactly when it gets to temperature which meant my food cooked better and faster - and actually showed me I've been cooking things far too early. Cooking was also perfectly even due to its solid flat bottom. I didn't have to worry about which plastic utensil was clean and ready to use - you can even use metal on this solid pan! The no-oil, fried egg test showed that the pan was super non-stick as I was able to pick every bit of egg off the pan in 1 clean sweep. But to top it off, being able to pop this in the dishwasher is a great bonus! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I absolutely love this frying pan. It’s been a while since I’ve bought a new pan and this has surpassed any expectations I had. It’s not too heavy which is great as I have arthritis in my hands, and it’s handle makes it easy for me to hold. It has a great depth to it so nothing gets spilt from it. It leaves no residue in the pan which makes cleaning really easy. My daughter is wanting to learn to cook now so I let her make scrambled eggs for the first time in it and they came out great. Great product Tefal , can’t wait to try out the rest of your range

The best pan I have ever used. So impressed with this pan and how the food just slides out of it with no sticking at all. So easy to use and handle, light to hold and easy to clean. Really good that you can see when the pan has got to full temperature and then you can turn the heat down with the food still being able to cook without sticking. I have an induction hob so have had many a bad experience with burning food and ruining pans. I will definitely be buying another larger pan to use. Really good non stick pan. Had it for a few months now and it's still as good as when I first got it. Nothing sticks to it which makes it super easy to clean afterwards. It is advertised as dishwasher safe but the non stick coating probably won't last as long. You get the standard tefal indicator in the middle to tell you it's good to go too. We'll see how long the non stick coating lasts but so far so good. Pan size is more than enough for 2 people. Build quality is also really good and has no plastic bits which also makes this oven safe.

I’m a Tefal fan, always buy it . The tefal titanium 24 frying pan lives up to its excellence name . It’s without doubt the best frying pan I’ve bought . It has a reassuring weight , showing it’s quality . We’ve used it indoors for the great British breakfast , also outdoors on a bbq and small camping gas cooker . Everything we’ve tried has cooked beautifully including onion bath is and nana breads ( well we are camping) I highly recommend this pan . Got a good feeling that it will last for years . Money well spent
