for a while I had the more stylish fryers that look like something industrial - open top/etc. Lots of smell and spatter/oil rancid more quickly. I only bought one like that because people told me that style was more professional and the other models available at the time had features I didn't liketo return to a proper closed lid/handle with no plastic bits to snap in a folding mechanism has been a massive relief. less smell and spatter/cooler sides/cleaner controls. I did read other reviews moaning about absence of a timer - mystery to me, as these things shouldn't be left unoccupied, and when I am in my kitchen my watch/phone/oven/kitchen clock all tell me the time - no need for added complexity on what it essentially a safe chip panIt says in instructions to not use dripping,

This is about the best you will get for the price. I have had a few fryers over the years and have found this one just about the best.

Does that job. Don’t need to much oil and if you clean it after you used it’s very easy. Much quicker then on the gas cooker.

its teal better than what I had before sorry I didn't continue in the same vain and buy another tefaltop marks
