I have Stellar pans going back over 20 years, and they are still as good as when I bought them. I have been looking for a new casserole for some time, and decided to go for the best you can get. It is so handy to be able to use the same cooking utensil on the ring and in the oven as well, without risk of damage. They are also so easy to clean. A soak and a bit of a rub will get rid of the most stubborn dried in charred food. Simply the best.

Stellar pans are great. In days past they were used on an oil fired cooking range. Today, this pan was purchased for use on an induction hob or simply in the electric oven. In the winter I would transfer the casserole the induction hob to the top of my Morsø Squirrel Wood Burner to gently simmer . These casseroles are easy to clean, cook well and smart enough to serve from the table.

Not only good looking but also beautifully made. This pot can also be used on en induction hob.
