These are beautiful, darling, perfect for single-serve casseroles. They are ceramic, not enameled cast-iron like the larger Staub tomato cocottes. But they are nicely detailed and just as gorgeous. The stem end is very well done. These come packed just as well as Staub's cast-iron larger pieces.We go through a lot of tomatoes during the summertime, right from our garden. So this purchase was easily justified in our budget. We like a simple casserole of sliced zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes on a bed of sauteed onion with a bread crumb and cheese topping. These, when not filled to the top, are just right for a large one-person serving. They are a good size for other bowl food, too.

Absolutely a beautiful small Dutch oven . Perfect for soups, dips or just about anything one wants to use it for. Goes to 500 degrees, I believe that’s it. I just can’t start to tell you how pretty and useful this dish is and it will match or very close to matching the Empress Red KitchenAide Mixer. It would be perfect as a sugar bowl as well but it is made for oven use.

I can think of many uses for the Tomato Cocottes! I have a Staub Tomato enameled cast iron casserole, so the cocottes are perfect complement. I am eager to make tomato bisque with fresh garden tomatoes. Yum! They will also be perfect for salsa for two! And, nice for individual servings of pasta with roasted tomatoes and basil.

I love Staub cocottes in general. This is an interesting novelty item that looks very festive. The workmanship is great as well, and as it is ceramic, can be used for baking in the oven. I have also bought other cocottes including the artichoke, capsicum and pumpkin. Will repurchase again!

I bought these for serving with my Staub cast iron tomato. The ceramic tomato's are single serving small and so cute for soup, side dishes, or dessert. I use them all week long for portion control, and I need a lid to keep my naughty kitties out of my food.

Absolutely adorable. It’s perfect for holding my sugar packets and looks so cute sitting on my cupboard. If I want to bake or serve in it I have that option.

Such a cute little pot. I bought this as a kitchen ornament and it looks lovely. Check the size if you are planning to cook with it as it is very small.

Very pretty but did not realise how small it was as the did not put the size when I was placing the order ....is for a portion !
